My clothes arrived and I wasn't happy with the fit or how they looked on me, so decided I would return them. When I emailed customer service for the return address, they kept emailing me asking with questions. "What about the fit wasn't right, so they could understand", Which of the clothes in my order was I returning". They said because they are located in New Jersey, maybe I would take $25 US refund and keep the clothes. They kept making offers of money until I settled on an amount I felt comfortable with. Never got a return address and I'm still waiting for my partial refund! I won't buy anything from them again.
People do receive their clothes but it doesn't match with the design and quality as shown in the advertisement. The clothes are too small and the fabrics are cheap. The company wants to present themselves as a western company when actually they are based on china. This way, they won't provide a return address and customers are not able to return their clothes even though their return policy is highly advertised on their website. The website has no disclaimer, no information about the company, the owner or where their headquarters really are. They offer you to repay a part of the money and imply how expensive it is to send it back to intimidate you and take the 15 percent repay. If you deny, they offer up to 50 percent but never tell you the address until you get ghosted.
This jacket looked great in the photo online but when I got it it was extremely disappointing in terms of quality. Not really wearable as it is made of some chamie like material. Be warned and don't buy from this company!
Order took too long to arrive, quality not good, two of three items had no launder instructions, fit and style of one sweater was not even close to what catalog represented. I wanted to return all of the items but was offered increased credits to keep them and eventually took a loss rather than paying shipping costs to return the items. Will instead donate one of the sweaters to charity and wear the other two til they fall apart. I'll not be ordering again from CurveDream.
First, one item didn't ship, no one notified me or refunded the cost, until I asked why it didn't ship. Second, the two items received neither fit, trying to return items was difficult.
Photo 1 what I got times 3. Photo 2 what they put on site. After 3 emails and curve dream trying giving a $30 discount then 2nd email $45 discount and gift card to buy more Junk No Thanks! I bought 3 sweaters and paid over $116. Lightweight sweaters not worth $116. I had to pay for return shipping. Don't buy this sweater you won't get the sweater in their photo.
I did not like the materials. In the catalog they looked good.
Very easy to use I'm always leary about online purchases and sure enough this company did not disappoint. Or did depending on how you view things. The cardigan does not fit. Too snug. Not a true 3X but the top does.
I ordered 2 items, a top and pants. Neither fit and the material was of the cheapest quality I have ever seen. I tried to reach out to customer service via email, the only option that is offered, no phone number available, and it took me almost a month to resolve a simple return. It seems that an automated email responds once a week to emails with a form email. So you respond to that email and wait another week or so for a response. They make you an offer you can't resist...HaHaHa... NOT. Offered me $22 to keep the cheap clothes that don't fit, when I paid $60. When I finally did get a return mailing address, they insisted that I provide a tracking number. I went immediately to the post office and mailed my return and sent a tracking number via email. I also paid extra postage to have a signature of receipt to prove they received it. All in all I sent out a total of 10 emails for a simple return. Still haven't gotten my refund yet.
I am happy with the quality of the products I received however one top was way too small for me even though it was the same size as the other 2 I ordered and so far the email response for an exchange are a little slow. If I get a response today or tomorrow I will be happy and recomend them and buy more clothes however if it is too difficult to exchange, I won't be ordering again. I feel online clothing stores need to really work on thier exchange and customer after care to create long term customers
I like the website and the clothes. But even though I hadn't opened the package with my order once it arrived because I needed a refund do to a personal issue in my life, they would not pay for the return shipping. So be sure and read all small print about Returns/Refunds.
Now that I have opened the package the sizing on the clothes is off. None of them fit properly.
Trying to return or exchange an item. Communication has been the issue. With a 30 day return window, time is of the essence. However, that does not seem to matter to customer service. I emailed, as instructed, the same day I received the package and had to email two more times to get a partial response. Since then, I have emailed two more times in an effort to get the rest of the information needed for the return….at my own expense.
I received this cute top but it's a very very small XL. Customer service did answer back quickly and gave me options if what I can do. I didn't want to pay to ship it back so I took their discount to keep it, as I am in the midst of loosing weight and it is very cute.
It is big than the usual large size and there are more white stripes than there appear on picture!
It is very soft and comfortable!
Next time I will order a small size. Delivery was timely much faster than I thought it would be. Also fifty words is too long for a review should only be 20 words
The delivery was good. My order was delivered in two weeks. Unfortunately, I have to return the items because size is much smaller than my size. I contacted customer service by email and got fast reply. I didn't finish return process, but until now I pretty positive that I will be able to return the items for refund.
I was surprised at first to not get a response within 3 days of placing my order as the website stated; so I wrote an email (7days later) to the address listed and got a response within a day stating the order had been received. I thought I had ordered my item in plenty of time for the occasion I need it for and in my email had expressed the urgency or would need to cancel the order if the delivery date was not guaranteed. So heaven forbid, my item was delivered at 7:32 pm on the day I requested. Was definitely worried as I followed their tracker but they came through and thank goodness, no alterations are needed.
This took way too long to arrive. This is a birthday present and her birthday has passed. Did not realize this was shipping from China. Will be more careful in future orders.
For a company that sells their products for over $40-$50 I expect an easier way to get assistance with customer service. Curve dream doesn't have a phone number or chat to have a easier way of communicating with someone. I've made 3 attempts to get a refund started and no reply. Your policy is returns must be within 30 days from the date the order arrived and by the time I get a response from curve dream I'm afraid it will be over the 30days. The sizes are not accurate and overall I am not pleased with this website. If curve dream makes some better changes then I might reconsider.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
