Ordered three things from this site. Only one thing has been delivered. There was no paperwork in the item in which to return it. Am not sure how to find the other two items and how to get a refund on the first item delivered.
Checked carefully for measurements on sizes before ordering to get good fit. Items did not fit once received and trying to return was a nightmare. Had to accept 50% refund but got to keep items. Will not order again
My 1st order was fine, but this last one is so far terrible. I received no confirmation of the order, then e mailed them several times and got no response and still do not have my order after 25 days. I would not recommend them.
I am still waiting for a return authorization number for a refund.
No paperwork arrived with the products - which would have made this a simpler process. No customer service number to call either…

This was my first time shopping with CurveDream. Ordering was easy and efficient. Sizes were slightly larger than expected, but not so much as to order the next size down. I was impressed by the material of each purchase. I did not review one of my purchases because I have not worn it yet since the weather has now turned cold, but it appears to be of quality material and modern design.
I received the tops that I orders and will be keeping only 2. The others are very thin material and poor quality. I have requested information on how to return these items multiple times and have gotten no response.
Very easy site to use. No issues. Parcel arrived very quickly but both pieces were not any near the size advertised. Neither piece will fit and I'm asked the Company how to return but no answer. That's very disappointing.
My first order was very nice. Hoping this is too. This item came with holes in the lace that looked like it wasn't sewn. Down both sides of the front. It looks like it's already been worn. The size says it's a large but it looks like a medium. I've been in contact with your service to see about returning it.

Tracking information was seemingly unavailable on my purchase. Website said I could email and Rex a response within 48 hours. I had to email
3 times throughout the course of a week. By time I'd gotten a response, my order was received.
I ordered and paid for a dress that was not available but there was no indication of it. I waited for this dress for a special event and now I have time restraints.

I have ordered four times in the last month or two. I am very pleased with the garments and the prices. I will continue to shop this site, although a better description of the fabric used and fabric care would be appreciated.

I received this shirt. Tried on and it's cut way to small for XL. I have tried to return this for over a week. Many emails, no answer. Finally yesterday was given 3 options to consider. This is terrible customer service. Prior to this shirt I had a large order that all fit. Returning today.
I received my top to find that it was way to small. After getting in contact with CurveDream about it they offered to send me the right size for an extra $25 with free postage and keep the one I had received. I chose this option because I can now use the smaller one as a present. Everything was done very quickly.
I did not receive the linen item I ordered; instead, I was sent a dull flimsy polyester outfit that I am still trying to return! I have asked for someone to call me and I have not heard from anyone. Your customer service representative (Jacqueline) sent an email with instructions to return item WITHOUT the return address. She indicated that the item should not be returned to the return address on the package, and there was no receipt or return information enclosed in the package. I would like to wake up from this nightmare of an experience and would appreciate someone contacting me with accurate instructions. I found it insulting to be offered $13 to keep the item, and not provide me with the address to return it. The customer should NOT have to contend with this type of service in an attempt to get a refund. I wonder what the Better Business Bureau would say about this.

I ordered the loose cotton butterfly pants. I received not loose 100% polyester pants. I emailed 3 times trying to get a return address. They tried to give me a $6 refund to keep them. Then it was a $10 refund. NO, I am returning and expect a full refund. They say they won''t refun shipping. I did not ship the wrong item so I don't think I should pay for shipping. This has been a bad experience and I will never deal with Curve Dream again.
Will never order anything from Curvedream again, and 100% don't recommend them to anyone! I received a jacket that looked absolutely nothing like the one that I ordered! But I'm stuck with it, because they did not send me a return address to get a refund. So I hope whoever orders from them, that you really love what you order... because you won't get your money back!

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
