I haven't even installed the equipment yet but... Before it arrived I received a notice of shipment along with installation instructions. I've since received emails making sure everything is as expected along with more instructions and tips. I have every reason to believe that If I have any issues at all that they will take care of it. That alone is reason enough for me to buy from these guys. First rate operation.

Im doing an upgrade to my 2017 Challengers factory Alpine 6 speaker stereo. Im very happy with the products I have received from Crutchfield and the installation instructions with pics. This stereo went from good to awesome. I like keeping the factory 8.4 head unit this stereo doesnt look like an afterthought

I own a 2013 Prius and this kit is all you need it plugged right into the factory radio in the back. Comes right on every time when you put car in reverse. I was by myself and it took me about two hours to install from start to finish.

I have had many trucks in my life and never satisfied with the stock stereos. Since the very first one I have used Crutchfield to equip them with better head units and speakers. I have never had an issue with ordering, getting, or installing any of them. I dont see any reason to go anywhere else when they have shown me they are the best in the business.

Got exactly what I ordered in just a couple of days. Nothing was damaged during shipping. Only issue was with the wiring kit that I ordered. It was no fault of Crutchfield. I thought it included speaker wire... it didnt. Not a big deal.

I purchased a Kenwood DDX375BT Receiver and installed it in my Chrysler 300C with Boston Acoustic sound system; the receiver more than doubled the original factory head unit. It compares to the volume from my Rockford Fosgate amp I have in another car. Five stars for this unit!
