The finally came in a moth later and they were not even the ones i ordered. I paid way too much cuz they were suppose to b a present there not even close to the same color i chose and i cant get in contact with anyone to try to resolve! Extremely UNSATISFIED WITH THIS. And the package came from china
I waited in line and got thru to submit my information on this giveaway... the submit button wouldn't work and now the company is not coming thru with what was won. False advertisement. What a scam. Their customer service is even worse and dont care that what they are doing is wrong. They will never see another cent from me.
Ordered in January. I write this at the end of April. I've requested updates no less than 3 times. I receive a standard reply. Amazingly, when I threatened legal action, I received a tracking number. However, USPS says only the label was created, nothing has been shipped.
We purchased several pairs of Crocs from an outlet store while on vacation. After getting home we realized one of the pairs was too large (our mistake). However, we have no path for returning them for a refund or exchange, except to travel hundreds of miles to another Croc's owned retail store. Croc's online will not take returns or do exchanges from retail purchases--even though a return of this type would require the customer to pay shipping (see online return policy). Anyone buying Croc's far from home should be cockeyed sure of their purchase, because for those living far away from a Croc's owned store there is a defacto non-return policy for unused products if they don't fit, or you just want to exchange them for a different pair.
Just never buy online and then try to return the item! There is literally Zero customer service. Calls and emails are ignored.
I ordered these 4-5 weeks ago. I got emails after 1 week... nothing since then... crickets. Played through PayPal but don't have a regular account with them so... I wait and my granddaughter waits! Ugh!

So my dad had a pair of these years ago and I found myself putting these on for household tasks whenever I went over to his house.
I got married this summer, so now that I can start letting myself go I decided to order a pair for myself. They're great. Super lightweight and comfortable. The only gripe I have is that they run a little big. I wear a size 10.5 and, based on other reviews, I ordered a size down. Even the size 10's fit best with socks. Still very comfortable though.
If you find yourself at a point in life where you want comfortable shoes and don't have to impress anyone - I highly recommend these.
Crocs wants to do these limited releases, but their website is a joke and cannot handle it. Waiting "in-line" yesterday from 1000 - 1200 when the LC3's went on sale. At 1245 I purchased my Crocs and they took my money and gave me a confirmation. Today they cancelled my order! "Sorry but others had their orders cancelled too as our system had issues." They offered me 50% off my next order and then offered a few pair of Crocs. They don't get it! I don't want free Crocs I want the Crocs I ordered. Never again! I spend a lot on clogs and slides too. Oofos it is!

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought a pair of boots for my daughter about a year ago, choose to wait for new stock this year because they "did not have any" to replace the faulty pair. Not only did I never heard from them again, they did not reply to any of the e-mails I sent this year after I saw that they are advertising the exact pair again! The lady that I dealt with up to now - Meagen Beelders - many times "forgot" about me, not replying for weeks. All attempts to get hold of her supervisor/manager ended in them not being available and promises that I will be called back (never happened). I am SO done with Crocs and just want my money back but they simply do NOT RESPOND! I think I will have to take a legal route!
So DISCUSTING! CROCS ARE NOT INTERESTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!
It seems like Crocs SA do not care about negative reviews as well, they are ALL over the internet!
Worst online experience ever! I order 3 pairs on 4/19/20 after 3 weeks of non communication from them I decided to call and finally after almost an hour waiting the representative stated that there's no ETA due Covid19 and refunds are not allowed at this point, so finally yesterday i received an email stated that my order will be delivery on 5/15/20 but one pair was cancelled ( my Moms present) I do understand that we're living extremely hard times but come on just be honest at front and let your customers know about delays and have better communication, not just cancelled orders after almost a month waiting.
I will never buy anything from them anymore.
I placed an order on April 23 and it's may 7 shoes in stock still not shipped and customer service is the worst. I don't have shoes or a refund I'm filing a complaint with attorney general and better business Bureau. This company should not be allowed to do business the people are polite but won't give a ship date to customer or anything and refuses to refund customer. I don't care how shoe feels or looks at this point service is the worst I have ever seen. Avoid them if you can. I feel bad to the employees who have been dealing with the way it's run. If you think I'm not correct the are rated 1.3 out of five star I should have checked first.

Purchased a pair of crocs, said they were in stock. Waited a week and got a notification that my orders been canceled, was never ran by me just canceled after my cards been charged.
Wish the website had been more organized and they kept better track of their inventory.
Ordered from this website in November for my grandson wish for fuzz crocs, theyQUICKLY took my money, but never received the product. REPEATED EMAILS / PHONE CALLS without any feedback. I had to finally dispute the transaction with my bank. Not only was I left a distaste - disappointment, especially for my grandson. How can a company do that is beyond me

I ordered 3 pairs of crocs for my daughters 3 weeks before Christmas, plenty of time to receive my order. Here we are, 4 days before Christmas and I get an email saying only 2 of the pairs have shipped, the last pair is "cancelled "! Mind you, I spent 2 hours on hold yesterday to finally reach customer service, and I was told their guarantee was that orders before December 10 would be here by Christmas Eve. So now I have one daughter that won't recieve her gift. I'm so mad and of course can't get a hold of anyone! Horrible service!
At Christmas time I like doing "Family Santa" gift. We all get the same gift from Santa. This year I thought it would be fun to all get crocs. I placed the order in November. I received the order ten days before Christmas... and it was incorrect. I left several messages with no response. I finally got in touch with them today. I told them they needed to send the rest of my order. The customer service rep offered to give me a coupon and let me order some more online. I told him that was not adequate. Since they take so long with their shipping I told him since I had already paid for the items he needed to overnight them to me. He said the company does not offer overnight and he could only offer this ridiculous coupon. When I requested to speak with someone else he said there was no one else with whom I could speak. Their service stinks! I always thought their product was ugly but I just thought it would be fun. Now I still think their product is ugly and their customer service is of poor quality. I will not waste my money nor my time with them again. They offer no really solution to their mistakes.
After 2 weeks of waiting order still hasn't shipped. Tried several times to contact them via email, published customer svc number and chat - no one answers anything (in fact I must be a glutton for punishment as I called the CS number again and have been on hold for the past 29 minutes - and counting!) Interesting that my order has been "processed", credit card has been "dinged" but nothing has shipped 2 weeks later! These items were intended to be Christmas gifts. The Crocs web site clearly states if ordered by the 10th you will get a delivery by Christmas but I guess that will never happen. They lie! They ignore you! They take your money and fail to perform but will not allow you to cancel your order. Very underhanded to say the least! They must have way too much business to handle so do yourself and them a favor... don't order anything from Crocs.com regardless of price unless you like being abused!
