In addition, the system is extremely slow, I think I'm back in 2010 when tablets first came out. I would not even buy this item for a toddler to use to play games on as it wouldn't handle the program. On top of this, Crazy Sales are totally useless! Took them 3 weeks and 4 emails and 2 phone calls
16 April '25 First response - 3 - 5 business days email from Marvin
25 April '25 - sent chaser email to Marvin
28 April '25 After 12 days, I called their Customer Service, waited on the phone for 10 minutes, to be told that Marvin would be sending me via email that day a return address in VIC and once received I would receive a refund.
Marvin responded late that night and offered me a $76 refund and I could keep the item
29 April '25 - I responded that was not what I was advised on the phone by Customer Service - please send information to return the item for full refund
30 April '25 - still no Marvin who has since disappeared and I have never heard from him since.
30 April '25 - I called Customer Service again and was told she would ensure that Marvin sends me the information for the return.
02 May '25 - Now we have Richard who sends me a note, that their team is still working on my return
Later that same day, Richard then emails me to tell me that it was my fault their product did not include a normal 2025 feature such as biometrics and basically too bad, there is now no refund! They will not accept my return and have told me, it's classed as a "change of mind return" and to sell it online to some other poor sucker!

I purchased a pet safety barrier and found that the item cannot be used as it came with large panels that cannot be affixed to my staircase. I requested for a refund on the grounds that the size of the panel wasn't stated in the product description (and provided photos to show that it couldn't fit). Despite this, they were adamant that this is a change of mind situation. I've emailed them more a dozen times now and in essence, they make it very difficult for you when you want to return their item, they will insist that it's not their fault as this is a change of mind, they will insist that you return the items by registered post at your own cost (knowing well that the cost of return isn't going to be feasible so you will end up keeping the item) and they also refused to accept the return of item when I told them I will hand deliver the item back on my own (after realizing that their address is nearby) and gave excuses that there won't be any staffs available to attend to walk ins? When asked what's the difference if the item is sent by courier or registered post, they refused to address the question. Please avoid them at all cost unless you are pretty sure that the item will not be returned!
I purchased a pole hedge trimmer. When my son saw it, he said that's not safe, it has no safety handle and is difficult to lift because the battery is in the middle not on the end. The manual said it must have a safety handle. I contacted seller requesting a refund/return. Then the fun began, weeks of back and forth emails, had to send photos, kept saying they couldn't find photos, magically found photos, which I had sent four times when I said I was going to do a review. Weeks of absolute frustration. Now they make an offer of $10:00 for missing handle and they say it didn't have a safety handle in the advertised picture, but the manual has a picture with handle and clearly states 'do not use without safety handle'. They also mentioned the box had to be unopened? How did I know there was no handle, unreal, what planet are they from. Kidding me where would you buy anything for ten dollars and how would you fit it.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE! Horrible service and the courier company that they use "Hunter Express" should be put out of business! I have been waiting for my order fpr over two weeks now and they don't do much to assist. Thy just keep checking the same tracking information that I have avaialbe. I won't be spending any more money here ever again!
They say they are an Australian company, but considering the amount of time it takes to process orders and delivery times Im thinking this is a Chinese company with an Office registered in Australia.

Two months ago I purchase two of these thinking it would be great for me and present for my friend. No measurements were available at time of purchase. When brushes arrived I was horrified to see how oversized they were and most importantly unable to use on short hair because the brush head was so big.
Currently up to about 40 emails trying to get a refund.
I would never use Crazy Sales again. They lie. They pretend to not know what you are talking about. They do not address any issue or question.
I am appalled they can get away with such crap products and lie about FACTS.
Do not buy from this company, just get your money and throw a match on it. Much simpler.
Wishing had read reviews prior to purchase of automatic chook door with warranty... installed, started with error 2, followed instructions to repair, then reverted to error 1, 'return to factory for repair', dismantled, packed up box, made contact with firm to be told they wanted video of problem. Advised had dismantled, and packed accordingly, they refuse, until I produce video, which would require me to unpack and reassemble. I will be returning and demanding a full refund now (all I had wanted was a repair).

Expensive item lost by website after claiming it had been shipped. Item had not left sites warehouse at all. Took 3 months to arrive when est given was 3 weeks.
Item faulty and warranty refused. Screwed around for 8 weeks refusing to honour warrenty for rubbish arrived faulty item. Only offered $10 compensation on $400 unusable item and refused return and refund.
Giant scam. Will now have to put in a heavy complaint elsewhere to deal with this.

I purchased a repeller it lasted 8 days. The system is not practical you can not recharge the batteries unless you take the device apart. It started making all kinds of noises and would not stop unless i turned off. The add says it comes with a large solar panel well it does not. Total rubbish.
Dodgy as. Late deliver, very poor quality stock: NOT like advertised product at all. And WILL NOT honour own guarantee policy of change of mind refund within 30 days. Will make excuses - products cheap and horrible, can't track shipping. I had to make complaint with Fair Trading

Ordered and paid for product over 1 month ago. They keep saying they are checking on it but never do. Have so far asked for a refund 3 times and nothing but excuses. Will never use again as they are just constantly using diversionary tactics and will not refund money as asked. Disgraceful.

It's been 1 week and my items still say Processing but the reason why I decided to buy from here is that the site says guaranteed delivery in 1 to 3 days.
I have tried contacting crazy and the phone never answers and none of my messages to the site are replied to. I wish I got the items from eBay now. Yeah, I would have paid $50 more but at least I could deal with the seller directly. I will give Crazy 1 more week and if still nothing I will have to get a refund from PayPal
Purchased a snowman that lights up for $220. Set it up, light breeze but it is cloth with alot of air holes, swayed a little, that afternoon its laying on the ground, all welds at base snapped. Scarf on ground and tie as glue that holds velcro didnt hold long. Contacted them, they offered $30 to have it repaired by a local. Umm insult. I requested a refund and have been denied. Do not purchase.
Purchased a 9m x3m marquee that fell to pieces a couple of hours into a function in a light breeze (other marquees in same location did not) due to very flimsy design. On complaint, keep getting the "item is not eligible to return anymore under change of mind, because already opened".
I ordered a tv unit it's came it took 2 weeks the box was very small for such a big item I opened it and it had missing pieces I emailed them about it and it was a terrible customer service they told me to sell it for parts
DONT BYE FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT. I have been waiting for 16 days now to get a refund from them. The items were returned on the 14th by a courier and they were signed for by someone at CS. Now they are saying only one was returned and they cant find the other one. I have read reviews since and this seems to be a common problem with this company.
Answer: Absolutely ridiculous to get a hold of Customer service. Thats the worst part of shopping with crazy sales. No phone number to ring and they take days even a week or so to reply to email and even then it never answers the questions you asked like they didn't understand or just didn't want to answer.
