Absolutely ridiculous to get a hold of Customer service. Thats the worst part of shopping with crazy sales. No phone number to ring and they take days even a week or so to reply to email and even then it never answers the questions you asked like they didn't understand or just didn't want to answer.

Very difficult to get anyone, and if you do, they won't be any help
