I bought a steam cleaner from them.
It was broken and I made a video and sent it to them.
They wasted my time for 1 months and they kept sending me emails telling me that they're following up with the provider of that steam cleaner.
And at the end, they just ignored me altogether.
If you can't support your product, you're being a j*erk by selling things you don't own and you don't warranty.
Ordered a diesel heater from them. Sold as 8kw and get 5kw system. Annoyed but accepted unit. Tried to turn on system and did not work. Comes up fault e3 meaning faulty glow plug. They will not refund or replace. Expecting me to repair brand new unit.
Within a few days of this happening my credit card details have been compromised. Thankfully bank noticed and canceled my credit card. Not before hundreds of dollars been spent. Reviewed company afterwards and centre of attention about credit card fraud. Used PayPal to purchase. Stay as far away as possible from this company. Will be contacting ACCC.
Do not buy from crazy sales also known as Oz auction this company is fraudulent and you will not receive your items or receive a refund they just take the money and don't post.
Bough Brother ink cartridges from a site that these folks supply to. Supplied me with 3 pack instead of 4 pack cartridge. When escalated they said product doesn't exist and asked me to send screenshot. Returns will coast me 20% fees.
The very same product is available for 60% less on other sites. Don't bother buying from here. There is no sale and the site is crazy.
I ordered a trampoline and a sprinkler system online and within 3 working days the trampoline arrived which was great. It too 2 weeks to receive the sprinkler system after 4 phone calls to request update.
When I received the trampoline, the box was damaged and I was advised by the courier that this is how it was when loaded into the van and they made note on their system. When I opened the box, I discovered that there was 3 parts missing and 1 part was damaged. I ran crazy sales to advise of the issue upon which I was advised to send an email with the missing parts and pictures of the damaged part which I then did. Next day I called to request an update as I have not heard anything, I was then advised "It will take 2 days for management to review the request then 10 days for the warehouse to dispatch the parts". When I expressed my frustration and disappointment over the phone, the customer service representative responded back with "Anything else I can help you with" then proceeded to hang up on me. 7 phone calls and 2 weeks later, I have been given different information every time and no one can give me correct information. Also, when ever I asked to speak to a manager, i was told they are in a meeting and then they hang up on me. This company prides their moto and themselves on their fantastic customer service which in this instance was not evident at all. Yes the products are cheaper but their customer service skills are very poor and has driven me away from buying anything else from them and would definitely not recommend them to anyone in my community.
I ordered artificial turf from them over 3 months ago. When it didn't arrive by the date 22 august 2020 I contacted them they told me it was because of COVID-19 problems with transport as it had to come from Melbourne. They told me if it hadn't arrived by 22 september i was to contact them again. Which I did. This time there excuse was the transport company and they would look into it. Another 4 weeks later and another 4 emails from me to be answered with the same we are looking into it excuse. Now they tell me that it has been lost.
I told them to resend it but they won't do that until they get the original back. WTF so I told them to cancel and give me a refund but again they refuse to refund my money until they receive it back!
Why is this my problem? My contract is with them not the delivery company. They won't give me the details of the delivery company so that I may inquire myself
They are definitely a fraudulent company that I'm sure hopes I will just give up in the end.
Don't deal with them, the cheap prices only end up costing you more long term
Beautiful and such strong TV Cabinet much better than I expected especially because of the price. The delivery was super fast. Now only if I could get a side table I like I would definitely buy from these guys again. Very very satisfied
Bought 2 expensive dance mats for Christmas gifts. What I recieved where broken boxes in foreign language. What made it worse is that they washed their hands saying they couldn't replace or refund me. I told them they can blame the shipping company all they want but why wasn't it properly packaged in the first place? Item doesn't look like what was advertised at all, complete shame, will never use them again!
This has been an absolute nightmare buying things from crazy sales and i wont be buying from them again. I ordered not 1 but 2 tv units and a queen bed frame 3 months ago. The 2 tv units turned up in about 2 weeks later but 1 had a incorrect part so i emailed them with the part name and the tv unit name but it took them a week with several emails going back and forth to understand which part i needed. Then about 3 weeks later the part arrives and i realise its the wrong part once again. So i emailed them asking about it and where my bed is. Its now been 3 months and still have no bed or that correct part and the only thing they can tell me about my bed is that its with the courier and out of there control. Tracking has stopped back in august when it was supposed to be delivered. They havent said anything about my missing part which i have asked about in many emails.
Without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with, dodgy to say the least, I have referred them to the accc
Save your money they are a scam I haven't received my double bed. I have tried to contact them with the blame put on transport company. Tracking tells me it was dispatched on 4/08/20 received in warehouse some 30km away which took 10 days to arrive there. This is suspicious movement of freight.
I bought this chair for $479.96 on the 31st of July 2020 and it was not on a sale.
Now the same chair cost $499.96, marked down from $859.95. Date today 15th of August 2020 (priced changed some time after my purchase)

I have been trying to get a refund so I can buy a recliner from a local shop, but cannot get them to give back my money. They say "Just give us a couple of hours we will get back to you" but they do not!

Very very poor, i only received part of the item i ordered, and then i am having great difficulty in trying to obtain a refund - they are hard to deal with, not helpful, and i am still trying to get my refund from them - all in all i would not recommend buying anything from them, poor service - unable to process a refund effectively, waiting on the phone for ages
Purchased a massage chair from Ebay from this mob for my birthday paid on 9/7/2020 they supposedly shipped on 10/7/2020 to Perth paid $220 for shipping, 24/7/2020 nothing... nada. Zip... sent company multiple messages got no response... called the supposed courier company TOLL IPEC spent 30 minutes on the phone they told me NOTHING had been picked up from them... CRAZY SALES says they bulk shipped and therefore couldn't scan individually... I work in logistics. EVERY ITEM must be scanned regardless singular or manifested. Company is a fraud wish i had done my research into these people.! $1250 waiting to be refunded, CRAZYSALES gives you same spiel over and over COVID please have patience etc etc we are very sorry etc etc. PEOPLE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND SAVE WASTING TIME AND MONEY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.!
Told they will look into it must still no answer half a tv stand very hard to put together so my advice is stay away
Saw a child toy for my nephew's birthday ordered. The buttons on the toy were not working. Then i noticed that the toy that i received was different to the picture. I tried to contact by internet, email and then finally found their number.
They wanted me to download a app - then upload a video of the faulty toy. When i told them that i didn't have a smart phone to do this, they told me to find someone who has a phone to help me. If i don't do it they will not help me. This is still ongoing. I will never ever use them again
I purchased two sofa covers in burgundy for two seater lounges and they were fantastic, good quality and look great. I was very impressed. Crazy sales service was of high quality. Well done.

You will never receive your order until you pick them up. Very bad experience, I will never buy from them again. Never arrived. Have been asking for updates and was never given any. Was told that they would deliver by a day they never showed.
Ordered a trampoline 16th of December, the site said we would receive the trampoline on the 20th, at the time thinking that was wonderful. 1/3 of the trampoline arrive on the 24th of December just before Christmas. Not having it all at Christmas wasn't too bad as we acknowledge we should have ordered earlier but It is the now the 1st of January and haven't received the 2 other boxes with no communication telling us when the remaining will be delivered. We have rung to question many times, we have been patient checking in to see where the 2 boxes, most recent phone call we are told by IPEC that our circumstance is not good enough and the supervisor will call us back. No call back and still no answers. Crazy sales have said they have given our 3 boxes to 2 different couriers, because 1 of the couriers don't have a tailgate to deliver large items. Calling the couriers have had no luck. We have 1/3 of a trampoline sitting in our lounge room, our kids excited and waiting for us to put up the trampoline. IF we eventually receive, what we can see so far in our 1st box the Trampoline mat material is VERY thin exactly like a thin plastic tarp and won't last long in the Australian sun for long at all... it will literally melt in one-two summers. I won't be buying from this company again. AN EXPENSIVE ERROR.
Answer: Absolutely ridiculous to get a hold of Customer service. Thats the worst part of shopping with crazy sales. No phone number to ring and they take days even a week or so to reply to email and even then it never answers the questions you asked like they didn't understand or just didn't want to answer.
