Cracker Barrel

Okay, so we've tried to be patient and tolerant due to China bug(I will premise by saying I worked in restaurant business for 18+ years). We went tonight for dinner after long day of running errands and wife picked Cracker barrel (was her favorite until tonight). Server came up with trainee, offered to get our drinks, during this conversation she pulled mask down below nose(which was red from allergies or sickness) and sniffled a little. When she went to get drinks we looked at each other like wtf. She came back with drinks and pulled mask down to chin to take food order, sniffling some more. We saw her approach other tables in same way, as she did 2-3 more times with us. This was insane! I'm not the biggest believer in the covid scandal, but we always took precautions even before. We were regulars untill tonight.

We ate AT&T the Cracker Barrel on Schillinger Rd. In Mobile, Al recently. We were very disappointed! I ordered the lunch chicken n dumplings with biscuits and hasbrown casserole. Received one biscuit - 2 cornbreads. My husband got a big breakfast - can't remember name - but did not get any biscuits nor the hash brown casserole. I also had to keep asking for a glass of water. The food was very bland, also.

We went to cracker barrel for the first time (11/28) was not impress. We ordered the Grandma breakfast, my hashbrowns were like potato sticks, overcooked. My friend's looked like hashbrowns, we trade, it was not a table spoon of potatoes in it. I would have loved to have had onions fried in them. French toast, I don't no what they were. Flat, no flavor, crust was hard around the edge an burnt
Sent back for pancakes, better. Food could have been more warmer, 2 eggs looked like one. Country ham, should have been boiled to get the salt out, my friend had that. To salty. Our server A plus. Charshria. Great customer service. Will not be going no time soon. *******@gmail.com

How could you screw up a menu that was the best for years? You have messed up the pancakes, cornbread dressing, substitute catfish and just about your entire menu. You have gotten your last dollar from me!

I have always enjoyed the food but like why do y'all serve the cookies cold I really don't understand and they are 12-13 dollars for 5 cookies?I am better off buying a pack of cookies from the store I don't know why I have learned this lesson sooner to just buy packs from the store
Waiting 1-3 hours for cookies to be thawed is not too bad I understand why they did that but is not for me But overall I really enjoy the food and have not been disappointed once yet besides this cookie review

On November 24th myself and 3 others went to Cracker Barrel in Greenville NC. Ashley was our waitress she brought out cold pancakes without syrup.My friend ordered corn muffins which came to the table late.The fried apples came out late. November 25th my friend and I went back surprisingly we got the same waitress. We had to ask for napkins. Again I ordered pancakes only received one container which wasn't enough, my friend ordered corn muffins which came out late.The waitress never made her way back to the table to inquire if everything was ok. My daughter was a waitress in her younger years and she would say a good waitress will follow up to make sure you're satisfied as a customer. She needs to thank her lucky stars I didn't pay, therefore I didn't have to leave the tip.

I ordered the chicken family meal with side mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes. The food was vile. My family and I couldn't eat it - we trashed it. The chicken was tough, The potatoes were not mashed - they were in chunks. The mac and cheese was virtually tasteless. To top it off, NO gravy. They even failed to provide the requested utensils. $42.00 in the waste basket. I submitted a complaint to cracker barrel. I should have disputed the credit card charge. We should have gone to KFC.

Been a customer since the RESTUARANT started with tasty pancakes and large biscuits.
Now the pancakes are tough and not good with very small non flaky biscuits like rolls.
The portion sizes small and not worth the price.
Very disappointed. No longer a customer.

Cracker Barrel did. You forget?
All was good until I went to pay the bill, Food an service exceptional, but went to pay the bill, I'm retired Navy Veteran, I asked if I can review the military discount and was told "We don't offer it in this area, because there is no military base" Well guess what? There is alot of Retires in the area, and in every area there's a Cracker Barrel location, I think with with that attitude your not showing the appreciation to all The military, active or retired.

The food waiting time was so long we had to wait 40 minutes to get the food and 15 minutes to get our drinks and the food was good and my sister got her food and she ordered macaroni and it did not come out and the guy said 15 minutes really you don't have to wait 15 minutes to get a small macaroni but it not come out like 35 minutes later and we had to order more food and it has been a 1 hour waiting for the food we order to go and we order dessert and we said fast and he ran so fast and they have not been like this in a while so don't come here. I was in cracker barrel this afternoon and while the food was good as usual my husband and I didn't receive all of our food and our waitress didn't refill drinks or check to see about our satisfaction with our food or get the rest of it she finally came by and put our check on the table and just said there and left I was very upset and didn't say anything because I was so mad and didn't want to give the manager a bad day by saying something ugly

Sad experience with to go order at w henrietta ny CB this am. Had to go back twice for food they didnt put in order. Got to the park to eat and no napkins or plastic ware. Drove home. By now eggs ice cold, toast had no butter. To make things worse i called to speak with manager only so she/he would be aware and talk w staff as needed. Waited on hold 12 minutes then someone came on and said the managers (2) were yoo busy and i should call back later?!? Unbeleivable gall. It was very slow when i was there. Not done yet! Tried to leave feedback on their guest relations site. Got all the way through the explanation when the site froze up. When it finally came back it wouldnt let me put in contact info so i could not submit. Im totally speechless.

If you have never been to this restaurant please stay away. I got the some grits and the 2 meats breakfast and the grits tasted like dryed $#*! hole I feel like I am going to $#*! my whole intestinal track out my hole. The gravy hardens after 3 minutes and turned into gelato please don't even consider come one here. UPDATE I just spent 2 days in the ER because I got food poisoning $#*! this

I have never had a bad experience at Cracker Barrel until today
Meat was very fatty- left most of it
Bread and muffins were stale and tasted like cardboard
Food overcooked
Small portions
Waitress (Colby) was great but food took a very long time to get to us
