Had a good experience ordering from Covers & All. We have an irregular shaped outdoor pizza oven and they have multiple designs that they can account for. The ordering process is really easy online.
I was impressed by how much they checked to make sure the measurements would fit and they use an online portal to communicate with you and send mockups and drawing designs for you to approve.
The quality of product is good and stitching looks good. My only downside is that the cover came out a bit bigger than anticipated, especially with the leeway they give, as the cover couldn't quite match my oven shape perfectly, still it provides a decent fit and protection. Would order again. It seems the covers are made and shipped from India, received promptly via Fedex

I ordered cushion covers as a gift and paid an extra $30 to receive the good in time. They were saying I would receive them on the 16th of Dec then it updated to the 29th of Dec. I contacted them about this as this was the free shipping cost. They gave me a credit and closed the case. I found this very disappointing as I will have to spend a lot more than $30 to use my $30 credit. No refund was offered when it should have. I now have no desire to purchase from here again.

I have purchased many items previously and this is the first time I have had issues with the Quality and I'm trying to send a request that it's not what I order but their website is not working for me to submit my issue. When I call up the Customer service on three occasions they say I must put the request through online. This company were good but not anymore. Will not buy with anymore.
