Website was fine but did not say product coming from India hence slow arrival, still have not received my cover.
It was promised to be delivered on the 1st April but we received it on 7th April. Based on Cover&All false promise we have promised the centre that we will have it for our stand on the 1st April. Although the centre kept chasing us for a false promise. The problem did not end up here, sadly when we received the product the size wasn't the exact one to fit the stand. We tried to contact Cover&All customer service and then we were asked to provide them with all details in such and such email. We have done our part but so far there is no reply from Cover&All.

Excellent website and easy to use. Only downside was that Fed Ex's delivery was very poor as they left my product at another address (completely different road to mine) without any checking and fortunately the owner of the property delivered it to me.

Ordered a waterproof cover for a bench seat and waited nearly 6 weeks and still no delivery. Apparently UPS delivered it! Got CCTV and got no footage showing this.

I found the online ordering service very good and I had a brief telephone call with a member of your team to discuss a query, and that was very helpful. However when the 14 covers arrived they were all folded up together and bound tightly with cling film wrap, into a plastic bag the size of a turkey. The cushion covers were ridiculously creased, and when I spoke with one of your advisors they suggested holding a hairdryer over the covers until the creases disappeared! I have to say they faded a little but the process took me all day and I only managed to do one side. I strongly suggest you package these sort of items laid flat in a box in the future
