I needed to replace our outdoor furniture cushions and decided to place an order with Cover & All. The ordering was very straightforward. There was a slight delay with our order but the customer service person I spoke to said that the order was delayed because the first batch of covers hadn't passed their quality control checks and they were being remade. The delay was only short and the quality of the cushion covers was excellent. They fit perfectly. Fully lined, quality zips and piping. Clearly made to last. Very happy.
We requested a zip so that the cover could be closed up as a bag to hold the cushion in place and protect. You unfortunately have not fitted the zip to the full length of the open end as we needed but have split the item in to 2 halfs with a zip in the middle but not one at the bottom so we could close it up.
We were looking for chairs covers. We took measurements as directed and in spite of the fact that the covers were meant to be made with a little slack they did not fit.- so the end result is we have two useless covers.

I paid for expedited delivery on my order but was delayed by 3 weeks. Customer care where unable to provide any updates as to when delivery will be received. Which is a shame as the product is of great quality.
UK customers need to be aware that this is a USA business and customer services are hard to reach unless you are on line. The shipping also takes a long time when the item is dispatched.
I ordered these covers for an event and the shipping date changed 3 times ultimately missing the event. Customer services told me there was a material stock supply issue, so why sell the product if there is no material?
So the items took a week longer than stated. They apparently had none of the material i requested in stock. I only found this out when I called asking where my order was! Had I not have called I would still be waiting. The lady on the phone assured me it would be rushed through. The covers have only been on a day so cannot comment on durability

They just didn't seem to be honest about my order delivery dates. This changed three times. First they blamed covid 19, then they said they were out of stock of the material, then it was coming from a factory in India.

I ordered some made to measure shades. Measured everything three times, knocked 6 inches off for the D ring etc. You need to knock much more off. The website should give you total dimensions including the D ring etc once you have put your size in.
Mine are now not taught enough and don't look as good as they should

Ordered a bespoke canopy had images of what is entailed when i went thru the process of order and payment it said nothing about adding the fittings. When arrived theres no fittings. I called they said you should have added the fittings extra. I said it wasnt stated.to get it sorted i wanted to buy the fittings and they said i cant that they only come with the canopy lol. What a joke this is totally unbelievable and unacceptable where is the logic. I learn by experiences and know not to use again
