I was impressed with how you adapted the size to suit the table top using the photo and dimensions I sent. It fits perfectly and I have already ordered another cover for my chairs.
Easy no hassle purchase had to wait a little while for delivery but it was worth it
Product arrived exactly as ordered. Very impressed. However, for a better experience, use a cardboard box to enclose the delivery. It arrived wrapped in a plastic bag inside which was loads of bubble wrap. Simple box would suffice. Also part of the order is being shipped separately and has not yeti been received. Don't ask for feedback until the whole of the order has been fulfilled.
I wasn't sure what to expect at first, however the ordering process was very straightforward and I found the exact product I wanted - made to measure seat pad covers in a choice of colours. When the covers arrived they were exactly what I ordered, really good quality material and fitted perfectly - so I ordered some more. They only took 3 weeks to arrive from placing the order, and were totally worth the wait!

Firstly the Company denied receiving the order despite presenting payment to my Bank.
Then found order but suggested it was my fault for using incorrect email address, which was totally inaccurate.
Customer Service line was not manned on UK time.
Chat line was no help either as they did not clearly get the meaning of my problems, I think because I was being answered by a different person on each input. About 3 people were typing back during one chat.
Delivery times very extended, 4 weeks from order to delivery.
The Company appears to be UK based, but due to timescales in receiving email replies I believe it is US based.
If I had known that I would have purchased elsewhere. I certainly will not be using this Company again.
