Great, custom order to cover my cream garden cushions I ordered grey and love them makes my garden furniture look like new.

Easy to follow instructions, even had a discount too.

Ordered covers in Feb. Due for delivery End Feb. They missed date. Rearranged for early March. Their courier lost the covers in their system. Their view is they are not responsible for their courier. Now April and no covers and no contact for over a week. Awful awful awful.

I ordered covers half inch bigger than foam infill but they are really baggy so much so that we have had to sew up some of the excess cover. They are more like 2 inches bigger. Better to order slightly smaller than infill in order to stretch out cover.

The process was so easy and the product was WAY past what was expected. I can't believe I never heard of this site before. The variety of products is beyond what I expected.

I don't generally provide feedback, but I can genuinely say, the customer service both online & by phone, together with the quality of the product is first class. It also offers real value for money & is superior (in my view) to other similar products.
The option of tailoring the design of the product is really helpful - I'd be happy to provide a picture.

Easy enough until payment page which took a long time to go through. There were other issues with delivery

Great cover but for the price I thought I would receive the sponge/form as well! It does not say when purchasing that you do not receive sponge/form!
