Great product, but correspondence was a bit dis-jointed and ambiguous until I understood that you were recommending a shorter depth and had also built in the edging overlap from my exact dimensions. Could do with a bit of improvement/clarity when corresponding with customers, to save time and frustration. A quick phone call would have saved a lot of time. Food for thought...?

I was a bit hesitant as my cover took a long time to come, but I did receive regular support, receiving emails to make sure my order would arrive. Got to say it was definitely worth the wait. The cover is an excellent fit and the quality is exceptional. Thankyou, my chair is now fully protective. Will definitely be ordering from you again. PS; My friend said it's nice enough to sleep under. Lol.

These things were hard to find in the UK. Plus very expensive job well done

This is my second time of ordering with Cover & All and both times they have made considerable effort to make sure they got it right. I was emailed for information and photos to make sure they got the measurements exactly right and when the covers have been delivered they fit perfectly. The delivery time is really quick as well.

From initial enquiry to final delivery the process was easy - as long as you can use a tape measure.

Fair pricing, just a little disappointing that you are unaware of country of manufacturing until the order has shipped. But non the less, it was made and shipped very quickly and arrived well within the stated time.

These are great quality compared to the originals provided by B&Q. Fit perfectly.

The cover arrived quickly and is good quality. It's 7ft in diameter but I'm disappointed there are only four eyelets, not enough o tie it down properly.
