The order process was good. But I did not like 'Tim' the automated pop up help image. Constantly popping up, quite annoying.
Also at one stage a discount pop up appeared but dissapeared almost immedialtly. As a returning customer, I was hoping I could have applied a discount?
Product was badly creased due to folding. Rolling it up would have been a better option.
