I got nothing. I think it would be a good idea for covers&all to offer options to secure their covers. As I said above I got conflicting information.

In getting the cover the right fit for our outside kitchen as it was a awkward shape

The cover is great and exactly as expected. It's exactly what I needed to protect my TV from the sun whilst it's on the conservatory wall.
The delivery didn't happen on the date advised/ selected, which meant that it arrived whilst away and was left with a neighbour and no tracking to say which one. The packaging inside was also slightly wet.

Every is eceellent, good buying experience, well manufactured product and fits the patio table likd a glove. The delivery was slightly delayed for couple of reasons; 1 cover all suggested a small design change, 2 - missed an email and didn't respond in a timely manner, 3 - I had an issue with PayPal.
Overall an exccellent all round
Excellent so far, but now its down to quality of the product and delivery.
A bit disappointed at the time between ordering and receiving the goods but quite happy with the finished goods.
Stated measurements were double checked by the team to ensure a snug fit, which it is.
Had to convert cm to inches but other than that it was easy to input requirements and checkout.
