The ordering process was straightforward. The quality of the material and construction was good. Getting the measurements correct was the main hurdle. We ordered an isosceles triangle. The overall size was right but the two equal sides were not exactly the same length which made hanging it difficult. It was not so bad that I needed to return the product.
