The cover is fit for purpose. (That is: It is as I hoped, the size is as requested and after 72 hours of no wind and rain, performs as advertised.) Ask me again after 6 months.

I received a phone call to discuss the exact specification of my patio heater cover.

The consultant I spoke to was committed to ensuring the product was exactly what I needed.

Love the covers but was expecting a lighter colour also the larger set are a little too big which is sad as they look baggy compared to the other set.

Goods arrived but 1 item was faulty and it's been hassle trying to get it rectified even though the fault was a sewing issue at the factory.
I know things happen and go wrong but it shouldn't be a pain trying to rectify, real shame as the other products are fine

The rain cover that came with my new garden furniture was not water proof in any way. So I ordered a custom cover to fit my furniture.
It fits perfectly, is well made and is a very good quality material.

Very easy to pick your custom cushion covers. When opting for the quick delivery it is very quick.

Order processed promptly and goods received earlier than expected. Cocersall was recommended by a neighbour and i endorse their recommendation. Gazebo now protected from the wind and rain.
Would have just liked to have been able to use metric measurement.

I ordered a pergola cover online and went through the 'chat help'. The lady was very helpful and eventually I managed to complete the order. Unfortunately when I had the help box up I hadn't realized that it covered the part of the screen where the payment instructions were, this was my fault I'm sure but made the process very much longer. I paid the amount due but then it was discovered some of the extras I wanted were not in there so I needed to pay a bit more, I did this and it took me over the amount for a discount, unfortunately I did not receive this as it was classed as 2 orders. Apart from this I am happy with the product, although I haven't put it up yet it looks nice and well made.
