I was very impressed with the customer service and details they went to to make sure I was totally happy with the design. They asked for both measurements and photographs of the chair, then they sent me a detailed drawing of the cover to confirm I was happy with the design and details, then they sent it to be manufactured. The end result was I received a cover which was a perfect fit and made of very strong material.
I must congratulate this company for a great product and service, I will definitely use them again.

I ordered 3 x seperate pieces all with a clear panel.
The top panel of all 3 are too long. It seams odd that the tops panels are to long. I think your system has added all three sections together.
I did not see it when the order confirmation cave through.
