Easy to order and arrived quickly. Really pleased with the quality and having the option of the weighted chain in the bottom is perfect. We're using it for the front of a homemade bike store and it's ideal. The only disappointment is the fact that I ordered the wrong colour by mistake but that's my fault not theirs! This is a fabulous product at a great price, you won't be disappointed.
