I found the whole process of ordering a made to measure cover very straightforward, with clear instructions and guidelines.
I appreciated the regular communication with your company and the opportunity to amend my measurements. However, I didn't really like the messaging service you used - it seemed over complicated and I would have preferred normal emails or even texts. I kept losing the thread of conversation and it was quite stressful ( and I am on a computer all day every day so not unfamiliar with technology).
Overall I got what I needed and it fits the sofa so happy days.

Disappointed that 2 of the 4 seat pad cover's didn't have the piping all the way around so they look odd on the outdoor sofa compared to the chairs!
Good company had no issues. Always excellent value. Be aware produced far far away. Not Uk. So if you want something very specific and custom that may need alterations this should be considered.

I ordered a mesh tarpaulin for my roof lantern. It arrived much quicker than suggested on the website and the quality is excellent. Already the mesh has proved valuable in cooling my room by excluding some of the sunlight without turning the room into a cave.
