After sales service good but as indicated above product is too tightly folded when packed. The cold weather and tight packing can lead to splitting.

We had a two month delay due to them losing our order, I had to provide proof of payment so they could eventually create the order and start making the cover.

Needed a cover for a ProQ cold smoker and as there is no official cover available a custom cover seemed the obvious choice and what an excellent choice it was. The order process is so easy and the quality of the finished product is amazing. I would highly recommend getting a custom cover for anything you need.

£45 for a seat cover, which is good value but you can see why. Quite baggy considering giving exact measurements. Draw string on bottom does not work properly, so cover is loose and will come off in the wind. An additional strap had to be fitted.
