If there is any doubt about your order or if they feel you may have missed something then they will ask the necessary questions rather than ship something which may not be right for you. You can also speak with a real person rather than the very limited FAQs which other companies often rely upon as their sole means of communication. Good to do business with and I would recommend to anyone who wants something to last and is good quality. Well worth the investment and cheaper in the long run.
The side covers for our gazebo were exactly as described. Compared with other websites, the product was significantly cheaper. After uploading our measurements, several emails from the company to confirm the dimensions / style of our order before beginning to manufacture. Considering these are manufactured overseas (the only negative, would prefer to support local businesses but cost difference was too high to justify) they were delivered very quickly
