Clearly Cover & All UK have stepped their game up. As I couldn't fault their product from point of ordering through to delivery. The two blinds were delivered in packaging that was beyond expectation, with a range of foam, bubble wrap and all packed in a sturdy cardboard tube. Keep up the good work.

The design process was slow. Messages were sent on the site without an email or text message so I didn't know they were there. The design drawings didn't reflect the fact that an extra 5cm would be added to the diameter. This was explained on the original product page but I'd forgotten it by the time I came to review the drawing.
