The cover is nice, arrived quickly. The customer service seems excellent. The only complaint i want to make is that the cover is a bit more large than expected and there is a line in the middle of my logo on top of the cover because of the way it was folded and i dont think it will go away because the material is thick (which is good because it will be a good protection) just not very nice visually.

Very good quality product! Was impressed with previous tarps ordered that inspired this BBQ cover purchase. Measuring process was very efficient. Designers followed up for clarifications and confirmation before sending to production. Once approved production and delivery was ahead of schedule!

Any custom coverings that I need. I go to the site. They are easy to use And they send everything prompt with no excuses. The website has a Ergonomic design So if you can run a tape measure, there's nothing you can't order.

I've ordered a couple of pretty straight forward custom covers before, just sized rectangles for summer furniture. This time I needed something more custom for a garden cart that needed additional cuts and changes to fit right. Boy, was the process professional. I provide high level guidance in my order and they came back and forth very quickly over 24hrs with scale drawings, answered questions and identified a couple of problems with my original idea. We settled on a final design quickly and I ended up with a flawless custom cover a week later. Terrific experience.
