Good quality. Well done. Strong material. The only thing is that the two inches added all around made it too big so we had to figure out a way to attach it to the structure but at the end, it worked fine.

I had received a 25% discount email but they would not allow me to use.I received the email prior to placing my order and forgot about it then tried to use it after I placed my order and the service person would not allow it. I should have just cancelled my order and reordered. Very disappointed since I am a repeat customer

I have used them before. I like the service but this time the sizing was not correct. We can use the product but it is oversized so does not look or function great

Installed the covers over my cushions, fit good,looks pretty good, but when it rained water went inside and made my cushions wet

The website experience was good. Shipping was fast and easy. The cover material seems very durable and waterproof which is what we were after. For the price of these covers, I was expecting them to be a little more form fitting and "custom" looking but they are nice. With how rigid the material is, they aren't the easiest to put on by yourself (especially the couch) but I think the material might relax a little over time.
