I was looking for a new cover for my fire pit and found Covers & All on the internet. Their website was very informative and allowed me to order a custom cover to fit my fire pit and at a very price too. The cover was shipped fairly quickly considering it was shipped a few continents away.
They shrunk the dimensions of my sunshade because I ordered accessories. May be my bad for not reading the small print but still if you request dimensions from a customer you should not adjust said dimensions. Attempted to return product, found process to return product to be very convoluted and not worth my time.

Fits perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Very durable. I ordered a similar cover 4 years ago from you guys for my patio couch and even though it's been in the sun all day (my house faces south) and survived extreme cold (-40c), it made it though baseball sized hail a few weeks ago without a scratch. Really good quality stuff at a good price.

Great cover. Excellent customer service. They really work with you to create the best possible version of what you want. Tuff material is excellent quality. Their packaging could be a little better as they fold the cover and wrap significantly to prevent damage. Problem is the cover comes very creased and the creases aren't easy to get out. I imagine with time they'll finally flatten but if the item is rolled when shipped this wouldn't happen.

We have an older flat screen tv that we wanted to mount outside (not under any cover). Since it is an older tv, the size of covers that are available would not fit properly. Gave Covers & All the exact dimensions and they made a very nice fitting cover. It looks great and works well in the elements.
