I received the product per the specifications ordered. The colour of the product was as expected. The back cushions are a little more flimsy than expected. I paid extra for delivery by a specific date, and the product arrived late. That was extremely frustration because I had to make alternate arrangements to to receive the product. Their whole discount program was confusing and ultimately deferred any discount for future purchase. You provide a niche cushion & cover replacement service that doesn't typically require regular purchases. A 60-day expiration of discount credits is insulting.
