Do not use this service. I am incredibly incensed over their incompetence, which cost me a court case yesterday. While they filed my Small Claims paperwork properly, they failed to process serve the Defendant. This was their reasoning, "Covid delays and backlogs may have resulted in the failure of sheriff service." CourtLinked did NOT notify me of this via mail or email, so I never had the chance to hire another process server. So imagine my shock over the judge dismissing my court case that cost me $5K because of the lack of proper process serving. I had been prepping for this case for months. CourtLinked gave me an $85 refund and offered to re-serve the case for me, but why would I trust them the next time around? I'm attaching their last response to me in ALL CAPS, which was so unprofessional, I couldn't believe it. I rarely write negative reviews unless heavily warranted, which this case most definitely was. Any justification CourtLinked may post in their defense will just further incriminate them.

Thank you for the reply. We process numerous cases successfully nationwide since 2004 and have helped thousands obtain judgment/justice. We are the best at what we do. We researched, prepared and filed your case; to be submitted to a third party for service which was never performed - we do not commence the serving. The defendant in your case received notice of the filed case, requested a reset and later filed a counterclaim. You did not bring this to our attention so we can check the court docket to ensure everything was correctly filed. If we had knowledge of non-service by the third party, this would have been served promptly. We issued a full refund and also offered to assist you by utilizing and covering another licensed third party for serving. We value you as a client and also offered to assist you with the new filing at no charge. We need to be aware of all filing done on the case (resets, dismissals, counterclaims, etc).

Demand Letter
March 7, 2016

The letter was professional and once I told the defendant that I'm sending her a demand letter and seeking 4K she returned the ring... Awesome without going to court, I will use again!

On 3/24/23 I payed this business $164.90 to write and send a demand letter, as well as file a small claims case for me.
Their website makes several promises, including that the demand letter is sent before filing a claim, in an effort to settle the dispute without going to court, as well as showing good faith if it does end up going to court.
They also promise to do all the legal work, inuding finding the right court house, filing the claim, servicing the defendant AND providing proof of service to the court. Their site claims that they do all the legal work and you "simply have to show up for trial."
Their site promises 100% satisfaction guaranteed, or your money back.
First of all, they never created a demand letter, despite several emails from me asking when that would be done. And second, they failed to provide the court proof of service, so my case was dismissed. I received a response from the defendant, meaning they got served, I told courtlink this and asked what the next step was, and they just said it was in the courts hands now.
When my case got dismissed due to them failing to provide proof of service, I asked for a refund as well as a reimbursement for the $53 I payed to the court to file the claim. I'm going to have to pay another $53 to re file it correctly.
They said they don't refund for cases already filed and said it wasn't their fault if the defendant wasn't served. ( As you can see from many other reviews, it's never their fault. It's always yours. They're full of excuses.)
They did not offer a refund until after I sent them pictures from their website proving that they did not deliver on what they promised, and said I would be writing a BBB complaint and a 1 star review.
This is unprofessional service at best. You should not have to resort to these methods before a business provides you with the quality care and work they promise to provide. That should be there from day one.

Courtlinked.com and its associates have been processing cases nationwide since 2004. We have successfully filed and assisted individuals obtaining justice under a limited jurisdiction. We do not ask for reviews and positive reviews received daily are not published. Each case received has it process, proceedings and entities involved. This is a legal process/service utilized by individual to obtain monetary damages from entities that have refused to resolve the cause of action at hand; majority of defendant evade service or relocate. When this occurs, it is common for us to be blamed along with the failure of the claimant to conduct proper diligence on their case.

Ms. Victoria Whitaker utilized our services and paid $84.95 for small claims package (includes certified mail service) and $79.95 for a demand letter that used due to the one-time restricted mail serving approach retained. She did not pay for a sheriff or third party process.

The case was professionally drafted, proper research was done to correct the entity she was suing (her submitted questionnaire would have been dismissed as is), work/research was emailed to Victoria Whitaker and the case was signed and approved by her for court submission.

Her case was filed correctly (case# CC202309787). The filed petitions were mailed to her along with a sheet of instruction provided by the courthouse for Victoria Whitaker to conduct her diligence in regards to defendants answer, certified mail return and additional court proceeding/follow-ups. The case was served by certified mail which was sent to the courthouse upon receipt of signature from the statuary agent. The courthouse did not accept the method retained and or the deadline for the certified mail serving was not within the legal time frame.

Arizona Small Claims requires service on the defendant within 45 days of filing. Certified mail serving is not an effective method of service. If the correspondence is not signed, returned late or the signatures are not valid, the courthouse dismisses the case. Third party/sheriff service was presented, but not retained.

Courtlinked conducted everything within the scope of service with the expectation of the demand letter which was canceled pending refund after closure of case.

After numerous email exchanges. Victoria Whitaker has received a full refund and we also provided her the options to refile the case at no charge which she has refused.

Victoria Whitaker has our completed materials along with the research to refile her Case.

Every state, county and city has their process. Claimants filing cases must always conduct their diligence with us or the courthouses once the case is filed.

This is my 5th successful case filed with court linked against Samsung electronics for a faulty smart refrigerator. Again, courtlinked processed the paperwork in a manner that resulted in a full settlement release with payment from Samsung for the $3k fridge sold. The representative called and settled the case after receiving notice form courtlinked.com/lawsuit. They issued the refund check and I am keeping the fridge.

The smart fridge sold has a defective ice making mechanism that resulted in black mold and ice build up. The court method and measures used by courtlinked to sue the right entity resulted in this refund. After calling and speaking with Samsung and their robotic/scripted costumer support on numerous occasion, I decided to unleash the power of courtlinked.com. Within 2-3 months, I got my money back and keeping the defective fridge for garage use.

I learned that you cannot simply file a small claims against a corp, there are measures needed and correct agents to be notified.

Con: phone support with courltinked might be tough and leaves your uneasy, but email is prompt and after my 4th successful case I was ready to unleash them against samsung.

Bookmarked and highly referred.

Client filed a small claims in Georgia and paid the $74.95; failed to pay the courthouse fees (which we covered to start the process). Client requested that the service be made at a business location on another individual. The courthouse did not accept the request and a refund check of $74.95 was mailed to another address he provided regardless of the work we conducted. Now he claim that he was not received his refund of $74.95 at a new address provided by client. We will not jeopardize our reputation for a $74.95 refund. Please contact us and we will issue another check.
