I used Rocketlawyer.com and tried Legalzoom.com, definitely not the quality y of attention and prompt responses like Courtlinked.com. I did review the BBB reviews, emailed courtlinked with the questions at hand; they are correct of BBB membership and hagiarchy of membership fees as BBB did not resolve my cases against my defendant. I decided to hire courtlinked and the notion that I can file a chargeback if the service was not delivered, boy was I wrong. Regardless of the review (judge a book and not the cover), they delivered. I filed my case, paid the fees and took the recommendations of sheriff service. My case (not an attorney) was filed, served by a licensed/bonded server and now I have a judgment. I took the liberty to right this review for legal services under $100 and actual help/care.
For someone who is unfamiliar with the courts- as we were- this service is exceptional. They make the process easy to follow and respond quickly to all emsil inquiries. I highly recommend them.

I paid for them to submit a claim for a refund from a utility company that overcharged me. They did not and have not returned the fee they charged. Would not recommend!
I hired these scammers over a year ago for what i thought was a simple process to sue a company that is located in California but registered in Delaware.
They have claimed i didn't pay for services to which i sent them the receipt of them happily cashing that payment and have requested a full refund 4 months ago but have yet to receive that refund today and will now have to resort to filing a lawsuit. They have claimed to have mailed the refund to my address even after providing it to them on several different occasions but i have not received anything. I have now gotten my attorney to send them an email and have provided my address again but yet to get a response from them. I will file a class action lawsuit against them if i dont receive that refund in the next two weeks and put a lien on their business which will force them to pay what is owed.
DO NOT HIRE THESE LOSERS AND SPREAD THE WORD. DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE 5 STARS BECAUSE THOSE ARE BOUGHT AND BUSINESSES DO BUY RATINGS!

Mr. Johnson retaliation and attacks against us is merely towards the fact that his defendant his been pursuing was not served in Delaware when a California address was listed (approved and signed by him) His calling us scammers, but yet his case was properly completed, prepared and filed. He recieved his trial date and his active registered agent in CA that was served. It was later during the process he requested service in Delaware since his defendant failed to appear in court. Since we do not operate this and out of mere courtesy, Mr. Johnson has also received his refund of our services. He is requesting a refund of the court fee which has nothing to do with us on an active/open case. We have evey document, signature and email correspondences to counter his claims and recovery legally. This negligent publication to a third party along with claims on Sitejabber review process has also been recorded.
We receive positive reviews daily from our clients and do not ask for publication. As mentioned abvove, If we are what Mr. Johnson is wrongfully claiming, this forum will be published with 1 star reviews.

When you reached out to us, we informed you of the time frame we have encountered for your county. You requested a refund, we honored your refund and also provided you the completed petitions to assist you further for your matter. We have received 1-star for this.
I recently used courtlinked for a minor name for my 12 year old. The petitions were well prepared and all my questions answered.

Processing a Demand Letter and filing a Small Claims Court case were easy with CourtLinked. Of course preparing the case and attending the hearings were all up to me. I technically won my case and the judge ordered the defendant to repay my CourtLinked costs which included local court costs and legal serving costs. The judge also ordered the defendant to pay for the cost of the defective product. The total the defendant will pay is just under $1000. Unfortunately for me he denied labor costs to re-install a new product, which would have been about $2500. That could have been due to my presentation of the case, or perhaps the judge did not believe the defendant had misrepresented the product, which would have been required in my state to cause the limitations of the warranty to be set aside in favor of labor costs. I am very pleased with CourtLinked, and semi-pleased with the judge. Hopefully I will never file a Small Claims Court case again, but if I do then CourtLinked would be my choice.
