We had sitter destroy an expensive murphy bed, attempt to cover it up and then made up a lie about how it happened, neglected our dog. We had video evidence and all the company did was give them a warning, leaving them to destroy others property and neglect their animals. Then the company keeps stringing me along with the promise of paying the destruction. We call them Busted Housesitters now- don't trust them.

This company is the worst example of customer service I have ever had. They screwed up my site and when I went to chat, someone would 'fix' it, only the fix was worse- I went through this 7 times and a phone call. Each time it was worse than the last and to top it off, they would not bother to read the notes requiring me to repeat everything over and over again. So, I had enough and took my sites to another host. When I went to cancel it, they kept disconnecting the chat after I would say I need to cancel. It took 4 chats and the final one took 45 minutes to cancel a service. I had even put a negative review on TrustPiolot to which they did respond with an email but when I replied to it, they had closed the ticket. I cannot tell you how much time and negative energy I spent on this service. They should not be in business. They are completely incompetent.

For someone who is unfamiliar with the courts- as we were- this service is exceptional. They make the process easy to follow and respond quickly to all emsil inquiries. I highly recommend them.
