I purchased country holidays inn & suites travel membership 3 month ago they provide me Goa holiday package as a complimentary in five star properties. This is my wonderful experience that i share.
This company is fraud full of fraudsters don't stand up to their promises. I want my hard earned money back. At the time of purchasing promised to provide two rooms but now they are denying it.
Will show lots of properties and hotels which are out of their legislation. Also once money is paid it cannot be refunded even if you like the service or not. Its a trap
This is a fraud holiday package /membership...dont fall in their trap u will regret ur money...they never book hotels on time.non responsive staff.u call them mail them but no reply n no booking
If you spare money please give to some poor person rather than giving it to frauds.
They will take your money and leave you with nothing. They doing a big fraud business on the basis of holiday membership plan. You will get feels like been scammed as i it was never delivered as they have promised. They are not having properties where they can provide you stay. So all promise of sales person like@ Anuj Kalra and Shaurakh in Noida are fake.

I have recently visit Shimla and had an amazing experience with the team.
This orgnisation cheats its members. They adopt several tricks as and when a booking is sought for. No one should go for its membership.

False promises one sided contract.
Only customer is bound to the contract.
There nothing mentioned that if chis failed in their services then what will happen.

I joined CHIS MEMBERSHIP in 2021. I have recently visited Goa Radisson Blu. The night was quite amazing. I had a delicious dinner and deserts as well. Over-all it's a wonderful weekend.
I recommend CHIS MEMBERSHIP.
I joined CHIS in July 2022 for Rs. 1,90,000/-. And in Dec22 I had my first trip with CHIS membership and Booked hotel for two days for which CHIS had to pay but didnt. So I had to pay myself as I was not allowed to leave the hotel without paying. Also, hotel staff told me that they were contacting CHIS for payment of my booking for two days, but CHIS didn't respond, so I had to pay the booking amount. Also, hotel staff told me that one of the CHIS customer service agents asked them to get payment from the guest, which was supposed to be refunded later, but it has been more than 40 days and I have been contacting CHIS customer service frequently, and still, no refund has been received. Every time I contact customer service, I am told to wait for 2–3 days, and the problem is still unresolved. They would talk rudely.
The worst experience I've ever had with any company. And I have filed a case against them.
Guys don't trust them.
DONT EVER BUY THEIR MEMBERSHIP (in my op)
RUN, RUN FAR AWAY (in my op) if someone is trying to sell CHIS membership. With all the freebie they show. They try to get your money for membership at the beginning. Once you are paid up -; look at the pictures attached to understand what service they provide.

I have purchased their one lacks holiday pacakage last month and they commited one day complimentary, holiday Saturday reservations and club membership where they have not completed any of them. All are fake people with fake cmitments. Now one one there sales manager who sell that one lacks holiday package has switched off the phone Rohit Kumar Malik and denied to give one day complimentary stay and club memberdhip.
Pls don't purchase such a package from CHIS as they are just making a fool of us. Nothing else.The coupon they are selling in pacific malls Dwarka and others.

I am a proud member of CHIS. The holidays membership is of 10 years and I have traveled to many places with CHIS. I can say surely that CHIS is the best service provider in the market these days.
I Tarun Bhaskar have availed CHIS membership (Id *******) and so far have been turned out a disappointment for me and my wife.
We have paid for the membership thinking it would make our trips hassle free and customer friendly but it turned out to be opposite of what I expected.
I would like to point out certain facts along with tainted methodology accepted and used by you. At first, I have been told that there will be no annual maintenance charges as per the resource person selling the policy at that time in the event and cross the clause written in the contract and we got persuaded by his assurance now when ever we confirm for a property to stay in the last year or in the present year we are always told that just has broken the association with various hotels that have been promised at the time of taking the policy and we are forced to stay into the properties that are being told by the company hence we could not utilise are membership and now we are bound to pay 3 years annual maintenance charge before going to our next trip and on our verbal communication we have been given a bait of recovering our Nights and then paying the annual maintenance charge and every time the resource person are trying to mend the company policies as per their convenience and the customer is at lost so we would like to discontinue our membership and would like to cancel to make our journey Hassle free because we have always been cheated by the company by giving wrong information and bounding the customers to pay what is not right if our policy is not being cancelled you would like to report the case into the consumer forum as this is just a way of the company to take our money and never for feeling the things it has been promising since. We are being forced to pay what we do not agree because there are no properties of just left that could be stayed so we want to cancel our membership and want a refund and discontinuation of the policy
