I Tarun Bhaskar have availed CHIS membership (Id *******) and so far have been turned out a disappointment for me and my wife.
We have paid for the membership thinking it would make our trips hassle free and customer friendly but it turned out to be opposite of what I expected.
I would like to point out certain facts along with tainted methodology accepted and used by you. At first, I have been told that there will be no annual maintenance charges as per the resource person selling the policy at that time in the event and cross the clause written in the contract and we got persuaded by his assurance now when ever we confirm for a property to stay in the last year or in the present year we are always told that just has broken the association with various hotels that have been promised at the time of taking the policy and we are forced to stay into the properties that are being told by the company hence we could not utilise are membership and now we are bound to pay 3 years annual maintenance charge before going to our next trip and on our verbal communication we have been given a bait of recovering our Nights and then paying the annual maintenance charge and every time the resource person are trying to mend the company policies as per their convenience and the customer is at lost so we would like to discontinue our membership and would like to cancel to make our journey Hassle free because we have always been cheated by the company by giving wrong information and bounding the customers to pay what is not right if our policy is not being cancelled you would like to report the case into the consumer forum as this is just a way of the company to take our money and never for feeling the things it has been promising since. We are being forced to pay what we do not agree because there are no properties of just left that could be stayed so we want to cancel our membership and want a refund and discontinuation of the policy
