Hello Holiday Lovers, I joined CHIS MEMBERSHIP in 2021. I have recently visited Goa Radisson Blu. The night was quite amazing. I had a delicious dinner and deserts as well. Over-all it's a wonderful weekend. I recommend CHIS MEMBERSHIP.

I feel this company as a real cheater. While selling the membership they have promised a lot. But whenever I tried to book the hotel either they don't have inventory or they do not cover that area. In fact they have promised to give some cupon as a compensation for some trip issue and it does not work at all. All future buyer kindly look in to the terms and conditions enforce buying. You don't get any complimentary breakfast, you have to pay 8000 rupees for annual maintenance in addition to the room fees.

I have made a booking and got confirmation mail that these hotels are available and after confirmation I have book my flight they asked me for payment amc I have made my payment and after receiving payment they stop replying and after 2 days they are saying we don't have availability i already booked flight.
No answer they have fully fake company.
Please don't waste your money they are making fools.

This orgnisation cheats its members. They adopt several tricks as and when a booking is sought for. No one should go for its membership.

Its really sad that we invest our hard earned money into their company... and they make false promises while giving membership but do not fulfill them later oon.

I Tarun Bhaskar have availed CHIS membership (Id *******) and so far have been turned out a disappointment for me and my wife.
We have paid for the membership thinking it would make our trips hassle free and customer friendly but it turned out to be opposite of what I expected.
I would like to point out certain facts along with tainted methodology accepted and used by you. At first, I have been told that there will be no annual maintenance charges as per the resource person selling the policy at that time in the event and cross the clause written in the contract and we got persuaded by his assurance now when ever we confirm for a property to stay in the last year or in the present year we are always told that just has broken the association with various hotels that have been promised at the time of taking the policy and we are forced to stay into the properties that are being told by the company hence we could not utilise are membership and now we are bound to pay 3 years annual maintenance charge before going to our next trip and on our verbal communication we have been given a bait of recovering our Nights and then paying the annual maintenance charge and every time the resource person are trying to mend the company policies as per their convenience and the customer is at lost so we would like to discontinue our membership and would like to cancel to make our journey Hassle free because we have always been cheated by the company by giving wrong information and bounding the customers to pay what is not right if our policy is not being cancelled you would like to report the case into the consumer forum as this is just a way of the company to take our money and never for feeling the things it has been promising since. We are being forced to pay what we do not agree because there are no properties of just left that could be stayed so we want to cancel our membership and want a refund and discontinuation of the policy

I purchased the membership 4 years before but never get chance to use them due to covid, I asked them book the hotel for 2 nights then asked for amc, even after paying AMC, they said your asked location is inactive when I asked other options they said it is not available, after that I posted my exp on google review then kept calling me to remove the post, after I denied to delete the post then DEACTIVATED my membership. I complained about this police and customer court, looking for further justice. They are completely fraud company and gave you all fake promises, NO REAL HOTELs and Property.

I'm client member of this group. I deposited ******* rs for package before two year. When I went for use of my package then saying that I have to deposit ******* rs. More. During offering he say that they provide 5 star hotel in peak time but this is only drama. I will suggest those people are showing interest as such offer please keep away. I had very bad experience of this company so I don't want that anybody fall in to their trap and lose money

Prepare yourselves for the tale of my recent ordeal with Country Holidays Inn & Suites, a company that has redefined the concept of incompetence and disdain for its customers. If you're looking for a travel experience that mirrors Dante's Inferno, look no further.

I kicked off this agonizing journey on November 10th when I reached out to their customer service team regarding the delay in confirming my hotel reservation. Fast forward to November 20th, and my patience has been worn threadbare. The deafening silence from their customer service abyss is only rivaled by the utter lack of progress in resolving my issue. It seems they specialize in the art of ignoring problems rather than solving them.

As if the delay wasn't vexing enough, the promised 4/5-star accommodation turned out to be a cruel joke. I was unceremoniously dumped into a dilapidated 3-star establishment upon arrival. False advertising much? But wait, there's more – they had the audacity to demand an extra charge for breakfast, a service that should be a basic inclusion in any self-respecting 5-star property. It's not just false advertising; it's a betrayal of customer trust at its finest.

Let's not forget their representative, Bhumika, who embodies the phrase "customer disservice." Unhelpful and unresponsive, Bhumika has a talent for turning a bad situation into an absolute catastrophe. Despite my pleas to escalate the matter to higher-ups, it seems the concept of accountability is foreign to Country Holidays Inn & Suites.

In a futile attempt to give them a chance at redemption, I granted them a generous two-day grace period to rectify the situation. Yet, here I am, with no resolution in sight and a vacation turned nightmare. My dreams of a relaxing getaway now lie shattered, much like [Hotel Booking Company]'s commitment to customer satisfaction.

My advice? If you relish disappointment, frustration, and the unparalleled joy of a ruined vacation, by all means, book through Country Holidays Inn & Suites. For the rest of humanity, steer clear of this company unless you have a masochistic streak or an insatiable appetite for disastrous travel experiences.

As I attempt to salvage the tattered remnants of my trip, I'll be actively exploring legal avenues to recover the damages incurred due to the spectacular failure that is Country Holidays Inn & Suites.

Bought the membership in 2018 and since then lost the peace of mind. Each time I reached out to CHIS to book a holiday they come up with excuses like no availability, no contract with xyz hotel anymore or contract under renewal. Ask for 7 days of holiday and they only 2-3 and treat you like you are asking everything for free. They remove you from their social media if you post any negative review.

I took the membership of CHIS. My membership ID is CHISBH*******. Recently we visited Jim Corbett. The property was so nice. The ambience was good. The staffs were so cooperative. My overall experience with Country Holidays Inn & Suites, CHIS is totally up to the mark. Thanks for the best service. I recommend CHIS.

Fraud of 1.4 lac
I m registered member of chis since 2018. They donot accept bookin either the don't have rooms available or dates whenever tried to book. They have cheated us and many others. When I asked them for reservation. They r demanding ******* as maintainance. Then only will accept bookin. During purchase of membership they gave us false promises. I want my refund back. Don't want to be a member of such fraud company.

These people don't even deserve not even one star as they can't keep up their promises at the time of agreement their sales executive makes such huge promises that we will provide you this and that lavish properties but when you went to them for booking they are like we dont have agreement with these properties or we are waiting for agreement renewal like why the hell you are showing these properties when you dont have agreement. These guys need to stop for once and all.

Be aware of them
Their sales persons are fraud their reservation team is fraud

They will just make big promises and the moment you pay them, you will become their slave

They will make every effort to spoil your trip

Fraud, cheating, misrepresentation, pursuance of unethical trade practices, deficiency of services, harassment of customers

We residents of Greater Noida have been defrauded, cheated through fraudulent misrepresentation and unethical trade practices, harassed and intimidated by employees of Country Inn Holidays and suites Private limited.

On 9th Feb 2018 in the name of a lucky draw, our personal details like name, marital status and car we own, were taken by sales team member at Logix Mall food court. On 10thfeb 2018, I received a call from their office and they invited us for rewards and freebies and a presentation which was a trap! When we reached the venue we were told to attend a mandatory 45 mins presentation but we requested if we can get the same on email or record it, as we were along with our 5 year old child who was cranky because of late hours. The sales representative denied and told us to switch off our mobiles. The presentation was full of deliberate falsehood, fraudulent misrepresentation of facts, unethical claims and promises, wherein the hotels and resorts shown in the presentation are not part of CHIS. All the properties shown in the presentation were ulta luxurious high end properties located in India and exotic foreign locations and hassle free booking services was demonstrated. Ease of Refund at any time of dissatisfaction was repeatedly promised and showed on their website.
It was claimed and stated repeatedly by sales team that CHIS owns luxurious properties more than 300+ properties in India and 150+ properties in other countries and many more are coming up in future. The name "Country Inns and Suites" is a separate and distinct chain of luxury resorts whose name is deliberately used to attract, misguide and confuse customers by Country Holidays Inn and Suites.the executive told after the payment of Rs.1,40,000/-, we will become a member of the Company and thus entitled to avail 6 Nights/ 7 days holiday once in a year and many other discounts freebies along.
We were promised that the amount paid us towards the booking of the holiday package will be deducted in 12 EMIs from the credit card of our clients and not in one shot but executive Mr. Shekhar swiped the card and informed told us that due to some technical errors of the POS machine the entire Rs.1,40,000 was deducted in one shot. Their executives informed that as the entire amount was deducted in one shot, now it's not possible to convert in 12 EMIs. Their executives however, represented to our clients that their money will be safe with the company and if our clients are not satisfied, the company undertakes to refund the entire amount.

Our bookings of hotels as promised by CHIS for which we paid Rs 1,40,000/- had never been hassle free or the amenities satisfactory. This till date they are unsuccessful to provide us even a single paid vacation! We tried booking with them numerous times either the location was not available or hotel or dates.

I had complained and shared the same time to time with their management representative Mr. Rahul and customer care team via series of mails and telephonic conversations but they kept on misleading with false promises, harassed and threatened us.

We were extremely disheartened and harassed with their response and we booked flights and hotel from other agents and additionally spent our hard earned money for peaceful and stress free holidays to various national and international locations which clearly states "deficiency of services" resulting in lack of our trust towards them.
We have been communicating telephonically and through emails since 2018 regarding our dissatisfaction and request for refunds.

On social media i came in contact with many other people who were victims like us and shared similar experiences.
On Monday 18 April 2022, we came to know that company is Refunding to few others and Me and my husband reached their office with the intentions for amicably resolving the matter by receiving our hard earned money trapped with them since 2018 in spite of my parents critical health conditions. We were made to wait for hours, while bouncers(female and male) kept on threatening us to leave.
That day we witnessed full Refunds were made to many like us & similar promise was made to us by their lawyer.

But Till date I have not received any Refunds. Their fraudulent attitude and deliberate intentions to not to pay our hard earned money is visible now.

Now cannot trust them for my holidays as they cannot ever stick to their words & demand full amount with interest against as I have suffered enough mental trauma.

Please don't send me mails regarding "Non Refundable" term as i am eye witness to Refunds made.
Ready to Resolve only once I get my hard Earned Money.

They deserve -5 stars. They will make big promises about their tie up with 3-5 star hotels but will not deliver. They continue to advertise using Mayfair Goa pictures but upon asking for bookings there, they will tell you they have contract renewal issues. I took up their membership in 2018, have not been able to avail a single stay. They will keep making excuses about availability, peak timings, etc.

DON'T!!! SCAM!!! MOST "GOOD" GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE PAID FOR BY THEM!

I'm planning to raise a fraud case in the Consumer court, against Country holiday inns & suits to seek refund on the package cost I have paid for. The behavior of the sales team and their customer team is totally different. If you want to collaborate we will have a stronger case. Please reply with your details and I'll contact you. I wish If I can give negative rating. I purchased membership 2 years ago, requested 8 times to book property available on their site but every time, property was not available and they asking to change the dates. They are just collecting money without giving service. I don't know how people can give 5 star rating as youtube is also full of this scammed company. I wish if I had review feedback on YouTube before buying membership.
Customer care called for the first time to remove one star rating, they don't care for customer pain even after paying 2 lakhs Rupee's

I am Ankur Gupta. Me and My Wife purchased a subscription from country holidays inn and suits.

My Customer ID is CHISDLS******* assigned on 15th Feb 2021 we have taken this plan worth rs. 90,000/-

Initially they have given us a great offer with several benefits, but after registration we are not getting any services. Even they are not providing the bookings on request too. Only received complementary services for hotel stay rest all are expired due to non-availability of the services and support.

Even Initially Communicated that you have to pay AMC charges if you are consuming the yearly allotted days.

But now asking complete maintenance charges for all years and current year too on increased rates. Only after that we can use our services.

We have not used any of the facility for the company.

And now losing the complete package amount without using it.

Customer Care is also rude to us and not agree to accept any of our request.

Basically, we have lost our complete money.

Even though the company's package were good and we were desirous of buying one, the manager - Vijay Chauhan was so ill-mannered and un aware about the company's packages that we had to drop out. He was totally uninterested and was working as if he was forced to stand there. We even asked the staff to provide us an alternative but he did not allow anyone to talk to us. Such an unprofessional and under qualified staff has completely ruined our experience with the company and permanently tarnished their image in our mind. Company should work to get these type of people out of the company who chase away potential customers because of their own weak personality.

I have membership with CHIS and faced multiple issues since enrolled. Initially they charge customers in lacs and then every year Maintenanace charges which they keep increasing as per their will. In corona everything was stopped and now after 3 years also they are taking booking only for maximum 4-6 locations (domestic only) and on most of the occasions refused to book hotel with excuse of un-availability. From past 6 years I have only availed their facilities 3-4 times but they need maintenance every year ir-respective of the fact that customer is not using so many nights. The company has completely failed to serve on the promises made to customers. Their entire focus is to take the membership fee from customer in advance and then maintenance every year. In terms of services they don't have more than 5-6 hotels and that too are not booked with reason of un-availability.
You will never receive call back for your queries in fact have to call them multiple times and then have to face rude staff who are focused on collecting maintenance charges only. They don't care how much faculties customer is taking against that amount. Please stay away from such cheaters and save your money,
