I have membership with CHIS and faced multiple issues since enrolled. Initially they charge customers in lacs and then every year Maintenanace charges which they keep increasing as per their will. In corona everything was stopped and now after 3 years also they are taking booking only for maximum 4-6 locations (domestic only) and on most of the occasions refused to book hotel with excuse of un-availability. From past 6 years I have only availed their facilities 3-4 times but they need maintenance every year ir-respective of the fact that customer is not using so many nights. The company has completely failed to serve on the promises made to customers. Their entire focus is to take the membership fee from customer in advance and then maintenance every year. In terms of services they don't have more than 5-6 hotels and that too are not booked with reason of un-availability.
You will never receive call back for your queries in fact have to call them multiple times and then have to face rude staff who are focused on collecting maintenance charges only. They don't care how much faculties customer is taking against that amount. Please stay away from such cheaters and save your money,

CHIS makes false promises. On payment of Rs *******/ maintenance charges, we were assured 5 perks by Mr Mukesd Mishra, out of which 1 was 2 rooms accommodation from our membership at Istanbul. It was not given despite our initiating the process well in time. By their delayed tactics and denial at the last moment, we could not go and lost a lot of money. Mukesh could not even give one room in Delhi and made an excuse at the last moment. My complaints to customer care have not been resolved since 2 months. Pl do not fall into the trap of this FRAUD company and lose money like we have, Feel really cheated. Mr AShutosh Anand and Mr Nilakash Gupta, please resolve my complaints. We went to hotel crown plaza in okhla. It was my first trip with country holiday. They took no time to book my reservations and it was as convenient as it could be. The rooms were very beautiful. I went with my family and we had beautiful time together. Definitely gonna take more trips.

My family took a small trip to Fredericksburg VA and we booked the country inn and suites that claimed to have an indoor, outdoor pool and a morning breakfast. To my surprise when we arrived we were told that we were not going to have either pool nor the breakfast that was advertised that we paid for when renting the room. We would have rented another hotel room that did not have these if we knew we were going to be screwed on the deal. No money back was offered for the inconvenience even when asked. I would and will not ever recommend this chain of hotels to anyone nor will I stay at one. What makes it so bad and puts salt into the open wound is the fact that they even had indoor pool advertised on their sign outside when we pulled in to check in.

Welcome to CHIS a group of people who are least interested in you. All they care about is how to get you enrolled. My wife n i were convinced to buy this membership in indore for 2.10 and since our purchase in 2019 December, they haven't provided a single service. All they do is mails which start with greetings for the day and end with sorry we are not able to give you this service right now.

They will promise you the moon in such a realistic way that you will get convinced to buy and there you have lost it.

They will just make big promises and the moment you pay them, you will become their slave

They will make every effort to spoil your trip

I bought CHiS membership at Delhi. I joined them because of their service. I got recommended from my colleagues. The service that I have got was so good. The staffs are so supportive. I just recommend to take the service first then you'll get to know the exact value

CHIS is a fraud company, Trapping innocent people by faulse commitment. They commit to booking for stay in 5 star or 4 star hotels only. Once you sighn the agreement, You can't get your refund at any cost., They might give you complementary stay but after that they will always give you the excuse only to not booking the hotels as Contract renewal issue, booking not open or to choose some other dates etc...

We are here around 50 victims in our group, fighting to get refund.

I visit nainital with the accomodation of CHIS. The management was so good. The booking was done so smoothly and efficiently. I along with my family enjoyed the property. The property we got was Langdale. The services were so good. Thanks CHIS.

Weare member of CHIS Since 3 -4 year. At the time of joining they make fake promises. But for booking u have to bag them again n agin call them. Hardly they offer u cheap properties and place where they want not where u want to go.
They will not refund you. I'm planning to go to court for my fefund with interest

They only have 5-6 locations available out of 100's of locations mentioned on their website... They will never accomodate customer requests and always have reasons to decline your request.
In my recent call with Customer care executive - Mukesh, he literrally started shouting and refused to take booking... I am so pissed off with their service and not fulfilling the commitments. He even asked us to prove our earlier discussions and asked us for recordings... there is no escalation channel, these folks will keep exchanging phones and say that they are a senior person in the company. Hossrible experience and they are not ready for any refunds or adjustmnets.

This is fraud company, once you became member then they will not respond you properly. You have to chase them to get bookings, also they don't have tie up with good properties (few properties are 5/4 stars) Most of the time you will not get booking instead you will get only false promises.

Most important point all the reviews on google and other website are fake, they have a dedicated team to put fake reviews in their Sector-63 Noida office.
