He told me that you have to pay agreement amt of Rs *******=00 ( Rs one lakh and eighty thousand only) in 18th installments but unfortunately he has done fraud with me and credited whole above amount in Company account as a LOAN against me from HDFC bank. Now HDFC bank asking me to deposit above amt with 16.17 Interest. On 11th August 24 and on words continouselly I requesting your rept pl cancelled my agreement,but neither your rept come my residence nor cancelled agreement. Please note that on 14th August 24 my husband Mr Aditya Singh has also requested to cancel my agreement. Sudenlly On 22nd August 24 I got a copy of agreement through mail. Since I have already objected/ rejected your services/agreement on 11th August 24 & intimated to your rept Mr Mukesh Mishra well with in time over phone, hence I hereby requested to please returned whole amount either to HDFC Bank or account no.immediately.

We residents of Greater Noida have been defrauded, cheated through fraudulent misrepresentation and unethical trade practices, harassed and intimidated by employees of Country Inn Holidays and suites Private limited.
On 9th Feb 2018 in the name of a lucky draw, our personal details like name, marital status and car we own, were taken by sales team member at Logix Mall food court. On 10thfeb 2018, I received a call from their office and they invited us for rewards and freebies and a presentation which was a trap! When we reached the venue we were told to attend a mandatory 45 mins presentation but we requested if we can get the same on email or record it, as we were along with our 5 year old child who was cranky because of late hours. The sales representative denied and told us to switch off our mobiles. The presentation was full of deliberate falsehood, fraudulent misrepresentation of facts, unethical claims and promises, wherein the hotels and resorts shown in the presentation are not part of CHIS. All the properties shown in the presentation were ulta luxurious high end properties located in India and exotic foreign locations and hassle free booking services was demonstrated. Ease of Refund at any time of dissatisfaction was repeatedly promised and showed on their website.
It was claimed and stated repeatedly by sales team that CHIS owns luxurious properties more than 300+ properties in India and 150+ properties in other countries and many more are coming up in future. The name "Country Inns and Suites" is a separate and distinct chain of luxury resorts whose name is deliberately used to attract, misguide and confuse customers by Country Holidays Inn and Suites.the executive told after the payment of Rs.1,40,000/-, we will become a member of the Company and thus entitled to avail 6 Nights/ 7 days holiday once in a year and many other discounts freebies along.
We were promised that the amount paid us towards the booking of the holiday package will be deducted in 12 EMIs from the credit card of our clients and not in one shot but executive Mr. Shekhar swiped the card and informed told us that due to some technical errors of the POS machine the entire Rs.1,40,000 was deducted in one shot. Their executives informed that as the entire amount was deducted in one shot, now it's not possible to convert in 12 EMIs. Their executives however, represented to our clients that their money will be safe with the company and if our clients are not satisfied, the company undertakes to refund the entire amount.
Our bookings of hotels as promised by CHIS for which we paid Rs 1,40,000/- had never been hassle free or the amenities satisfactory. This till date they are unsuccessful to provide us even a single paid vacation! We tried booking with them numerous times either the location was not available or hotel or dates.
I had complained and shared the same time to time with their management representative Mr. Rahul and customer care team via series of mails and telephonic conversations but they kept on misleading with false promises, harassed and threatened us.
We were extremely disheartened and harassed with their response and we booked flights and hotel from other agents and additionally spent our hard earned money for peaceful and stress free holidays to various national and international locations which clearly states "deficiency of services" resulting in lack of our trust towards them.
We have been communicating telephonically and through emails since 2018 regarding our dissatisfaction and request for refunds.
On social media i came in contact with many other people who were victims like us and shared similar experiences.
On Monday 18 April 2022, we came to know that company is Refunding to few others and Me and my husband reached their office with the intentions for amicably resolving the matter by receiving our hard earned money trapped with them since 2018 in spite of my parents critical health conditions. We were made to wait for hours, while bouncers(female and male) kept on threatening us to leave.
That day we witnessed full Refunds were made to many like us & similar promise was made to us by their lawyer.
But Till date I have not received any Refunds. Their fraudulent attitude and deliberate intentions to not to pay our hard earned money is visible now.
Now cannot trust them for my holidays as they cannot ever stick to their words & demand full amount with interest against as I have suffered enough mental trauma.
Please don't send me mails regarding "Non Refundable" term as i am eye witness to Refunds made.

As if the delay wasn't vexing enough, the promised 4/5-star accommodation turned out to be a cruel joke. I was unceremoniously dumped into a dilapidated 3-star establishment upon arrival. False advertising much? But wait, there's more – they had the audacity to demand an extra charge for breakfast, a service that should be a basic inclusion in any self-respecting 5-star property. It's not just false advertising; it's a betrayal of customer trust at its finest.
Let's not forget their representative, Bhumika, who embodies the phrase "customer disservice." Unhelpful and unresponsive, Bhumika has a talent for turning a bad situation into an absolute catastrophe. Despite my pleas to escalate the matter to higher-ups, it seems the concept of accountability is foreign to Country Holidays Inn & Suites.
In a futile attempt to give them a chance at redemption, I granted them a generous two-day grace period to rectify the situation. Yet, here I am, with no resolution in sight and a vacation turned nightmare. My dreams of a relaxing getaway now lie shattered, much like [Hotel Booking Company]'s commitment to customer satisfaction.
My advice? If you relish disappointment, frustration, and the unparalleled joy of a ruined vacation, by all means, book through Country Holidays Inn & Suites. For the rest of humanity, steer clear of this company unless you have a masochistic streak or an insatiable appetite for disastrous travel experiences.
As I attempt to salvage the tattered remnants of my trip, I'll be actively exploring legal avenues to recover the damages incurred due to the spectacular failure that is Country Holidays Inn & Suites.

I am Saurav, i had purchased a membershio of Country Holidays Inn & Suites ( CHIS) 7/1/2020 by paying an amount of 1,80,000/-, My Membership Id is CHISDL*******, As per the membership I was offered some complimentary services which were valid for 1 year from the purchase date but due to the covid I could not avail any of the complimentary services. After the covid when I asked chis to provide me the freebies they denied for it. Also at the time of purchase I was told to pay an amount of rs 7000 + GST as AMC. In the last 3 years I was never asked to pay this AMC but now all of a sudden they have started to call me to pay the entire 3 years AMC altogether which is almost twice of the actual amount what I am actually supposed to pay ( ******* x 3 years). In the last 3 years I have never availed the service even once, Firstly due to covid & secondly due to lack of good property options offered by them. I was not in a condition to pay such a hefty amount altogether but they somehow convinced me to pay the amount offering me my complimentary services back. I was planning a trip to rishikesh with 1 more family accompanying me on the trip so i requested for a room booking in rishikesh for which they asked me to pay the AMC amount first yo avail any kind of service. When I denied to pay this amount altogether they proposed me that they are ready to activate my complimentary services & will also get my booking for rishikesh done but only after i pay the AMC amount. I also agreed to the same & paid the entire 35,400/- tomorrow i;e 27/4/23 & then requested them to send me a booking confirmation mail for my rishikesh trip. Since them none of them is replying ti my emails also nobody is answering calls. I have all the chats & payments details with me. I feel like i have been cheated twice so now i dont want to continue the membership any longer and want my original amount ( 1,80,000) back along with the AMC amount of 35,400/- paid tomorrow (27/4/23)

Pro for doing frauds with customer. Eery member of the CHIS team is a fraudster. First they will call you in a radisson hotel in lajpat nagar. This is the location where their fraud game begins. Once you enter they will give you the booklet where they will show there 5 & 4 stars hotel located at evry location all over India. Then they will provide you a scheme for 10 years, 5 years and last 3 years where they will provide you a complementary stay for 1 day and you will feel this is a great deal and you shoubd go for it. This is the point where you make mistake. Once you pay them the amount and try to book the properties, the properties which were shown in the booklet are not available. They only have 3 properties. At the beginning they informed you that they are located all over India but once you for booking the hotels be it manali mussoorie or somewhere else they won't prove you any accomodation they will just say sorry that we don't have property in the selected place and will give you the customer care number.
NEVER PURCHASE THERE SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE THEY ARE FRAUD.
I took membership of CHIS with CHISLD******* in the year 2017 & paid full amount of Rs 2, 55, 000/- for 25 years but I was dissatisfied by the services and false promises of CHIS When I was trying to book any hotel at any place in India by sending email at *******@countryholidaysinnsuites.com mostly they replied the hotel is sold out for the captioned dates. There is no option to book hotel online even on CHIS mobile application. Everytime I had to email my holiday plan and was reverted after 2-3 days that no room is available and if available you are getting the hotel as per your needs, they are booking the lowest category hotels whichever is cheaper at there end. I will tell you the whole story which I had faced last year. I had booked a hotel at Shimla from CHIS side which is very hard to book & at the time of checkout i really feel ashmed in my family. The Hotel Authority stopped me to relieve and told me that they did not get payment or whatever from CHIS. Side. I was really ashamed in family. At that time I called Mr. Ak$#*! Kakkar and narrate about the incident and he told me that please coperate with me will do something and somehow after 45 min I and my family was allowed to go as they received the hold/block payment from CHIS. My father shouted on me that what the hell is going on. I had narrated the story to my father and they told me that if you are getting this problem in the starting year than how could you survive with the relation of CHIS for 25 years.

Further on 17.01.2021 I had dropped an email to reservations team for hotel book at Chandigarh for 1 night for 3 Adults for 23rd Jan to 24 Jan 2021 and I was replied that we are unable to proceed with your booking on the captioned date due to sold out reasons as well due to long holiday weekend we are not getting the availability on the dates requested from your end.

For your Clarification I am posting images in which you came to know CHIS is not worth worthy to enjoy holidays. Think if you get frustrated before your holidays in booking the hotels than how can you enjoy your holidays even after spending a big amount on this membership.

I got married in Oct 2020 and I want to go with my love for honeymoon in Goa in the month of Nov 2020 and I had sent an email for booking in Goa for 5 nights and 6 days and CHIS had denied to book the hotels in Goa reason being that Goa hotels are not open and sorry we are not able to book your hotels. I called hotels in Goa they told me that hotels are open now a days. I spent extra Amt Rs ******* on Goa hotels even after I was having CHIS membership.
Don't ever go with CHIS. At the time of buying membership they are forcing to give an promised to give best services but after that no body will be with you. This company cheats innocent people to mint money. Period. Been a member for 1 year now. And I can bet the 5 star ratings here are fake. Here's my experience.
1. They decline booking no matter how early you notify them. Citing unavailability of rooms. All the lucrative properties that they claim to have during their presentation while they sell their membership is not theirs, except one or two like Kabeela Resort in Jim Corbett for which they will specifically encourage u to book so that you are trapped. Afterwards, when u wonder how come rooms are unavailable every single time despite such early notice then they will disclose that they have contracted few rooms in those properties which are all full. And mind u that will be claim it to be full each and every time. Its all outsourced and will never be available. I doubt if they ever do a proper booking at all for anyone.
2. If you are indecisive about taking up their membership during their presentation. They will keep increasing their benefits one by one. Like discounted flights (~ 10 to 15%), inclusion of bonus dubai trip within 6 months or so, cab services at their hotels for which u only need to pay for fuel not for the vehicle etc etc. until the offer becomes too lucrative and u fall into their trap. They will gauge ur behaviour before offering u all this and just when u think that u dont wanna fall into this trap, they will gradually increase their benefits so that u re-open the discussion with ur partner and boom thats the first step in changing ur mind and then they again get a chance to convince u all over again. All those extra perks are non existent.
3. They will be flexible to some degree with their membership fee also if u are still not convinced.
4. They will give a chance to cancel ur membership after one booking if u dont like it. Pls dont fall for this trap, this was the one that I really fell for. They will make the booking in a good hotel first time. That booking will have its own struggles too. But u are willing to give a chance for an alright-ish experience. And its so hard to cancel membership. We dont want another burden in our already busy lives. Gradually u come to know their true colors.
5. Their customer care service is non existent, doesnt pick up calls ever. They will converse over emails but they will keep asking for more time to check with their seniors until u are fed up and really really really irritated.
We have just lost our peace of mind by investing in their membership plan. Dont know how I fell into their trap despite always suspecting that it wasnt right. Repenting a moment's indecision:(

Please take a minute before skipping my feedback. It can save you from this trap or can guide you how to deal with CHIS.
I hope this feedback can save you to invest you money into CHIS (Country Holidays Inn & Suites). Trust me, I was and I'm struggling with them till now.
They have promised me to provide certain thing before I purchased their membership but after that they denied their each promises. They fool the people. They just care about the money and nothing else. Once you paid your complete amount you are gone. You cannot convince them whatever promises you had with them.
I have wasted my Rs. 1, 40, 000/-. I have trusted them and they fooled me. They informed me something and given something else even not providing the resolutions to your queries.
It is completely mess and if you want to save you money and time do not ever purchase this. If you are purchasing this they be ready for trouble which will you face thereafter.
It is a long relationship "10 years", therefore thing twice, thrice before buying this membership.
If you feel to proceed with CHIS then I humbly request everyone to please listen them carefully, make a proper note or record you conversation in your phone or any device if you can then please please check all the details must include in your bond/stamp/agreement. Read very carefully the agreement compare with your understandings, match all your points of offer and everything before signing. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Why I'm saying all these because in my case what they have done is they explained me complementary offer for foreign country, I trusted them and I said that 1st I want to see your services then I'll make the complete payment, so I paid Rs. 50,000/- just to see their services. They prepare agreement I checked and informed that CHIS have not mentioned my complementary foreign stay in agreement then their executive informed me that- Sir, once you pay the complete amount we will revised the agreement and your offer will be applicable automatically. I blindly trusted them and signed the agreement. After one year I ask them about my foreign complimentary stay then they (CHIS) clearly denied. They said that it has not been mentioned in your agreement so we cannot provide you. I mean they are pretty seamless.
After all efforts I thought that I have given my Rs. 1, 40, 000/- to charity. Very painful.
