I placed qn order for several shirts. I received some of my order, except for the 2 more expensive items. 1 of those items was sent in a separate shipping --- which I never received and the post office said it had a wrong address on it. I am still fighting with Cotoazen over that shirt for the past 2 weeks. The second shirt I did not receive, I was promised a refund. That was a month ago and I have still not gotten credited back my money. This is nothing but a hassle and a tipoff. It has been a horrific ordeal and I will probably never get my money back on those 2 items. They are full of excuses and no customer service.

I love the Sweatshirts & Hoodies collection at Cotosen. The hoodies are cozy and warm, perfect for chilly evenings. The designs are stylish, and the material is soft. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Hello, my experience was a total dissaster! This is a fraud, items on pictures don't mach what you recive and the quality of material is unwearable in real life! Waiting after order was longer than 30 days and it didn't all come in one package but 3 different aprox 2 weeks after the first one, so my Christmas present for my son and my husband didn't come on time.
We also haven't recive what we have ordered...different items in different colour and size!
We wouldn't recommend buying here!

I recently bought an Outerwear jacket from Cotosen, and it's my new favorite winter coat. The jacket is well-insulated and keeps me warm even in freezing temperatures. The fit is excellent, and the design is chic.

I placed 2 orders (8 pieces from Cotosen). The pictures did somewhat match the product, the product (jackets) were so thin, I wouldn't wear them (donated those). A couple of pieces were exactly what I was looking for. Other pieces were completely wrong. I orders 2 long sleave zipper shirts (suppose to be 95% cotton). They were not. I ordered a white one and a blue one. The white one was a striped white and tan. The blue one was a stripe blue and navy blue. Donated those. I ordered a large short sleave zipper shirt. Correct color - they sent a size small. Donated that. I received a yellowstone pull over sweatshirt. Did not like the material or the fur around the color that looked like someone had glued it on. I donated that. I did like the hat I ordered, the t-shirt and a pullover sweatshirt with 2 zippers.

Item arrived damaged, but no way to contact company besides blind customer service email. Persistent daily emails went unanswered for literally weeks, so mailed return to ship-out location; parcel was returned as undeliverable. Filed dispute with bank card against SUNJOY COTOSEN.COM; after one month bank had not received a response to its request, so provisional credit will be reversed! I'm out price paid, return postage and time... but still get emails from Cotosen, saying they miss me! TOTAL ripoff by offshore vendor in China. Don't waste your money.

I ordered among other items shorts and trousers in 2xl. Shorts were supplied in 3xl and trousers 1xl. Pretty basic stuff to screw up. The trousers unwearable due to size so they offered a half refund. No offer to send the correct size! Would not recommend purchasing from this company as they do not seem to be able to get it right.

Don't be fooled. Apparel is horrendous. Terrible quality. Once you've made the purchase you will never be able to reach customer service. It's a total scam!

I recently bought a pair of Gloves from Cotosen, and they are perfect for the winter season. They keep my hands warm and toasty, and the touchscreen compatibility is a great feature. I'm very satisfied with the quality and functionality.

Purchased several of these because the weather was getting colder. It is a durable sweatshirt, little to no shrinkage in washer/dryer. Price was reasonable.

Wore them through Italy for a week. They did their job of securing valuable items and being comfortable. Looks good feels light great pockets and strong material. I love it!

Got the L and it fits perfectly. It's a very basic t-shirts but doesn't look cheap. I've bought three different colors and my husband has worn them all!

They are nice, comfy, and good quality but you might want to think twice if you have pets because these shirts attract hold pet hair like I've never seen before.

I bought 2 of these for the hubby as Christmas gifts. Um, I've borrowed both a few times. They are the perfect cozy and warm without being too heavy or too light weight. Love!

I ordered 5 items still waiting for 2 of them. This stuff is extremely cheaply made shirts are like paper jackets extremely thin. And it takes forever to receive.

Keeping It simple. When training day comes these are the go to gear in all types of weather. Comfortable and pockets have multiple of options for firearms and safety equipment. We train hard!

This men's short-sleeved shirt is so comfortable! The soft fabric makes me feel like I'm wearing a cloud, and it's also very breathable. It's perfect for exercise!

Just your basic shorts for working out or hanging out in the house on a hot summer day. They fit well and seem to be well-made. I like shorts that have pockets, which these do.

I bought for the shooting range due to all the pockets. Worked great and is extremely happy with my purchase. The plus was these shorts can be used as casual wear also. Perfect!

These are the most comfortable shorts I own, and I'm buying more…their light (and in this heat that's important) and fit just right. Nice enough to take any where.you'll love them!
