I ordered an Outerwear jacket from Cotosen, and it exceeded my expectations. The jacket is not only stylish but also warm and cozy. It's perfect for chilly weather, and the attention to detail in the design is impressive. I feel great whenever I wear it!

I bought an XL t-shirt and after waiting 4 weeks, Cotosen sent a large. I could return it if I paid the shipping. They offered a $10 credit to reorder and keep the large. Since the large looked like a medium, I reordered a XXL. After waiting 4 weeks, an XXL t-shirt arrived, but not the t-shirt I ordered. Same nonsense again not covering shipping to return it and $6.00 credit. After several emails back and forth and threatening to request a charge back and file a complaint with the BBB, they issued a credit for half the charge. This company is a rip off. There is no way they can be so incompetent. It is a scam to make more money off customers. Buyer beware.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The quality from the onset was questionable, with pictures that didn't reflect what I actually got. Then, the size was way too tight to be considered a Large. Then, I requested a refund, in which they didn't respond until I reported it to PayPal. It was only then they responded, but led me along to having to go through a convoluted process to return tue product to a warehouse I tracked in California, only to conveniently stop communication once the deadline for my PayPal claim expired. I haven't heard anything from them since! They stole my money, and I have no product or refund from them. NEVER order from them! They are a scam!

3 out of 4 items were substituted for items that I would not wear without advising me.
The one correct item had holes I could put my fist through.
Don't wast your money with this rubbish.

I made purchase and thwn I saw some really bad rewies so I decide to cancel it which was several minutes after I order it. And this is what it says: "Your order *******080xxxx has been shipped, we cannot apply for cancellation, if you have any questions, please contact customer service." Ofc when I contact customer service nothing happen. Dont even click on that site its pure scam. So I guess they wont ship me amything and I wont get money back... I hope karma will chase them one day...

I ordered a coat for Cotosen in January and it arrived fairly quickly. However, the coat interior was not the same color as the one I ordered. Plus, the coat label said it was a XXL, but it fit me like a Large or maybe a very thigh XL. So, I returned the coat on 24 January and requested a refund. Well, it has been over two months since I returned it and I still have not gotten a refund. My email to Cotosen go unanswered and I never got anything from Cotosen.

I ordered a tee shirt. I have never re eived this order. I have contacted Cotosen and I was advised that my order was delivered on Jan. 30,2023 - that was not true. I was referred prior to that statement to a tracking app and was told they never heard of the tracking number I was given. They've now advised me to contact the post office and given me another tracking number - all this on an email whose subject is " my order is delayed.," again, nothing indicating it has been delivered. Long story short - I'm out $30! I've requested 3 times to cancel this order and return my money. My demand has been ignored. This was a SCAM...

I placed an order with Cotosen on 25 Dec, 2022. While waiting for the order, I saw some very negative reviews and became concerned that I had been scammed. I contacted Cotosen, and they promptly assured me the order had been shipped and was on its way.
The order arrived Janu 5 2023, not bad for a shipment from China. Everything was exactly what I had ordered and the exact size I had ordered. The products -- shirts and pants -- were exactly as they appeared on the website, and I consider them to be good quality.
My only suggestion is that American customers should remember that Asian clothing tends to run smaller than American clothing, so you should order one or two sizes larger than you would normally order.
I am sorry others have had bad experiences with Cotosen. I have no argument with them except to say that my experience has been very good.

Received 2 shirts I ordered as adult XL. They arrived and at best were a medium. Since made in China and it took a while to get them, I decided to keep and give to my son. Washed them and they shrunk to a small Childs size. I contacted Cotosen and they said they would credit me $10 for a $50 order, or I could pay half price and get them again. They also let me know I need to order a larger size next time. I am 6', 175 lbs. and do not need an XXXL. DO NOT PURCHASE from them.

We ordered a jacket for my husband from Cotosen in February. We received an order confirmation email, and that was it! A month goes by and I email customer service and I receive a tracking number. It's coming from China… great! I wish I had known that ahead of time. Finally, end of April I email them again and they replied that it was delivered at the end of March to my mailbox. I never got a shipped email, and delivered email, nothing! Just a response to MY own inquiry about where my order was that it already "delivered" and to check with my local post office! They claim it delivered March 28th and today is April 28! I can't ask my post office about it a month later! So ridiculous abs a total waste of money!

Placed an order on October 17 for a coat and shirt. First be aware that these products ship directly from China. Nowhere does it tell you this. After waiting over five weeks for my order to arrive, I contacted customer service to get an update on my order. Btw the only available customer service is an email address. So after waiting three days I received a response saying my order was "in transit". No updated tracking or any detailed information regarding my order. So after waiting another week, I made two additional attempts to contact customer service without So much as a response. I contacted PayPal for assistance. The email PayPal has for this company is an invalid domain address. So now I'm left waiting another 30 days while PayPal investigates with the hope of getting a refund. My advice would be to just avoid these guys completely. They seem like a scam company, or at best you'll be waiting weeks and weeks for your order, with no real customer service to reach out to in the event of a problem such as mine.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Cotosen for men's clothing, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of their products and the level of service they provide. From start to finish, my experience with Cotosen was exceptional.

I ordered 2 shirts for my son, he always wears a medium but these medium shirts did not fit and I wanted to exchange for larges. One would think I could just return and exchange the medium for large, wrong. 1st of all, they not only do not want you to return the incorrect size, they want you to pay again to send the correct size. They offer to give you a 40% discount to do this and give you free shipping. OR the 2nd option was still do not return the item but they will give you a " $15 voucher" to use on your next order. I told them this made no sense and neither option was acceptable but it was basically "too bad so sad". So I have 2 shirts that no one can use and lost money. Great way to run a business. I highly suggest you do not purchase from this Company.

Worst on line shopping ever. Impossible to return pants that don't fit. Poor quality clothing. No response to repeated e-mails and no phone contact listed. STAY AWAY.

You might as well just throw your money away if you place an order with this company. My husband ordered two pieces of clothing, both were extremely oversized and totally inaccurate of the size chart. Upon trying to return the items, within one week of receipt and on our dime the company has refused our return and blocked us from all communication... while NOT issuing a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was in the market for some new boots, and I came across COTOSEN. I am so glad I did! The boots I purchased are stylish and comfortable, and they have held up well over time. I also purchased a belt from them, and it is fantastic quality and looks great with my outfits. COTOSEN offers a wide range of apparel and accessories, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality items.

Ordered 3 shirts on January 26th, its now 7 weeks later March 20th, and I have only recieved 1 item! Order # **************. They refuse to provide other 2 or refund. $96.35 for 1 shirt which is a seconds as elbow patches are in the wrong place. Otherwise the shirt is soft, and of some unkown material as it is not labeled. The shirt I received is nice other then the elbow pads but probably worth about $15 not $96. I live in a 1 family house and no other shipped items are missing.

This company engages in wholesale consumer fraud practices. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the State of California Consumer Fraud Unit requesting an investigation and urge others to do the same. The item I ordered was defective, extremely cheap and did not fit properly. Cotosen did not accept my attempts to return this item and eventually stopped answering my repeated attempt to resolve the matter. I filed a Better Business Bureau Complaint which Cotosen stonewalled. The company engages in unethical business practices and should lose their privilege of holding any business license.

Tip for consumers:
Cotosen creates the impression that its physical store or warehouse is located in UK. However, this is not so. The product comes from a company in China called Yoyofashion. People who shopped from this store had to wait for weeks or months even before their order was finally delivered. This store's refund and exchange policy is just a sham. In reality there's no way to get your money back as the customer service don't reply mails. Sent back $120 in product plus had to pay $45 to send back. I'm out $165 to this hell hole and now they're ghosting me. No credit - no email replies after sending 6 of them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FOOLS.
