Hi. I tried to return my order. First, they are not quick to respond. The return policy says do not return it to the place it was shipped from and to contact them for the return. The first response to your return request will ask for more information. The second will ask for more information again. The third communication will attempt to discourage you from sending the items back because they require the items be returned to China and they tell you it will be too expensive to for you to return the items. When they will tell you that the shipping will be too expensive they will offer you a partial refund. This whole process will take 3 weeks or so. Then they will not honor the refund amount that was agreed to. As you wait for refund to arrive - which it never does - the 30 day return policy has expired. This is exactly how their refund policy works.
