After three weeks of waiting for items, pants arrived with a broken main button. The button was made from very inexpensive materials and didn't even survive shipping. Attempted to return but after waiting several days for customer service response was told I would have to pay for shipping back, and there was no refund of shipping expenses for the original shipment. I agreed to a partial refund, if I didn't return the item. A month later, and several follow up emails, still no partial refund. I would avoid buying from Cotosen.

I've dealt with other Chinese apparel companies before. You can get some good deals for quality products. However, this company is the worst! Cheap prices, glitzy marketing, but cheap knock off goods with cheap materials that makes the clothing look cheap. Customer service is non existent! Problem with your order, you eat it!

I've read some of other people's experiences here on this site and got extremely nervous that I was about to get ripped off, but my experience has been nothing but great! Both items that I ordered were exactly what I ordered ( size / color / quality). I will definitely be ordering more items in the future!

This was a surprise. Most less expensive tee shirts are tight, made of poor fabric, or just generally unappealing to look at. This is the exception. Two for this price is amazing. And they are comfortable shirts. The fabric is reasonably soft.

I bought boots that said "leather" in the description. They came as pleather and were 4 sizes too small. They tried to appease me by offering me a partial credit to just keep them but when I refused they asked me to send them back and they would offer me a refund. They refused my shipment and so I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company. I'm still out the $10 bucks to ship them and will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

The jacket is the perfect warm jacket! It is very stylish, great quality, and one of my favorites. It is very comfortable and keeps me sufficiently warm on most days. I enjoy this jacket so much that I have purchased it in several colors!

Very comfy, very warm especially up here in New England during winter. Great quality. Looks good, too. My mom says I look handsome in it. Seriously though, buy it. You won't be disappointed.

My husband bought what it's supposed to be a coat, and a terrible polyester sweatshirt. Cannot return as they don't respond to emails and no phone number. Terrible products, worse customer service actually no customer service. Buy from reputable stores where you can see what you buy. Looks much nicer in pictures below, but it's like stuffed animal hair inside and thinner than my Levi's..

Was looking for a pair of sandals to wear outside and maybe running errands. Was attracted to the low price. Turns out these are the best sandals I ever owned. Easy to slide on, very comfortable and look great with anything (except socks). Can't take them off now. Highly recommend!

Don't even think about buying from this company. It takes almost a month to receive then you have to pay the return if something is wrong and then they refuse your return when you send it back. What a scam. I had to return my item because it did not fit and they refused to accept delivery. Now I'm stuck paying 90$ for jacket that didn't fit, spent $30 to return it and then they refused to accept the return.

This coat is awesome. It is probably the warmest coat I've ever bought that didn't have to have 2 to 3 inch's of padding, and still end up being as warm and comfortable as it is. The extra pocket space just adds to the perks of it as well.

They will send your their surplus regardless of your size and never refund your money.

No return lable provided, I was given the address to mail the item in. I did, the recepient REFUSED to accept the package. They want me to sent it back again to the same address, spend money and my time to deal with such stupidity is more than I can stand for.
Don't buy anything from. This website or you are in for a rude awakening about they type of business they run.

I've been using these hiking shoes for several months now, and they're fantastic. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable they were, even on long hikes. The arch support is excellent, and I didn't experience any foot fatigue. The shoes are also very breathable, so my feet didn't get too hot or sweaty. The grip on these shoes is fantastic, and I felt secure on all types of terrain. They're also durable - I've put them through some tough hikes, and they still look great. Overall, I highly recommend these hiking shoes.

Great team effort and excellent customer service. They answered all my questions and were very responsive with email. I will definitely re-order for my next event.

For my hubby I ordered the "I FIX STUFF" shirt XL. Got some cheap slippery shirt. After 3 months no longer available. NEVER will buy from COTOSEN again.

This men's short-sleeved shirt is so comfortable! The soft fabric makes me feel like I'm wearing a cloud, and it's also very breathable. It's perfect for exercise!

I am in love with the Women's Dresses collection at Cotosen! The dresses are trendy and made from excellent materials. I ordered a floral dress, and it looks even better in person. The delivery was quick, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. A definite 5-star experience!

These cargo shorts are the BEST pair that I've EVER owned. I have been searching for quality cargo shorts at a reasonable price point.these fit the bill! The quality is far better than any cargo shorts I've ever owned. BUY THESE! You won't be disappointed.

Bad part is I ordered the items in XL and 2XL they sent me 1 item in 3XL and another was 4XL. Instead of saying the item was not available in the size I requested. Now I must pay for return shipping or just keep items which are way to big which I'm sure they hope I will do. I will never order from them again. Buyer BEWARE!

Cotosen's Drinking-themed products are perfect for parties and gatherings. I got a set of drinking glasses with funny quotes, and they always spark conversations. These make great gifts for friends.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! These people sent clothing which was completely different from advertised. I ordered a pair of boots but what arrived, was a pair of boots which could be used to work on a building site (see pics). When asked to return the boots, they said I had to return the items to China at my own expense and partial refund (designed for you not to return due to hassle). Also, said they had no labels for me to use as a return address, FoC. No customer service, utterly atrocious. School boy error on my part, should have read the reviews first as I now see many people have experienced the same as me.

I was honestly blown away by the quality of this item when I received it. YKK zippers and double lined stitching throughout. The material used and strength of the fabric is exceptional. I ordered the Black and Brown, and have just ordered the OD Green. The sizing chart is perfect and the fit is exactly as expected. I could not be happier with this purchase.

This Asian company from Hong Kong needs to be investigated, their phone numbers don't exist, I hate all their agents we chat with, the first thing they ask you to pay $1 to chat with you, because they want your credit card info
