Purchased Sandals and a pair of Large Shorts for $58.46 on May 8,2023.
Received Sandals and a pair of Extra Large shorts; Sandals didn't fit and were of very poor quality; shorts were wrong size, and also of poor quality.
Emailed them and they made all kind of offers for me to keep these items.
I proceeded to ship them back at my cost of $ 21.07. (Big Mistake)
They notified me they received the items and would refund me $41.47.
I have yet to receive the prorated refund; I've stopped writing to them, as after 4 or 5 emails they stopped answering them.
DON't BUY from this con merchant.

The WORST company on the planet! Ordered 5 shirts from them. Took over 30 days for the package to arrive. The package contained NONE of the shirts I ordered. I contacted them and they instructed me to send them a description of what I ordered. Then, they had me take a picture of the shirts I received. Then, they told me to keep those shirts. I told them they wouldn't fit me. Their solution? Give them to friends that they would fit. Never got my shirts or my $144.00 reimbursed. This company is inept and corrupt. Avoid like the plague.

They sent me the wrong item (different colour and design), and when I emailed them about it they offered me a small refund (I paid £42.99 for the item and they offered me a £15 refund), and told me they don't offer return labels so alternatively I can send it back but I need to pay for the postage myself. I don't understand why I should pay for their mistake, they sent me a completely wrong item. I now either have to keep something I don't like and won't wear or pay additional money for postage to send the it back so they will send me what I actually order.
This is a terrible customer service and I'd advise everyone to avoid this place. Paying £43 for a pair of shorts I expected a better service.

Do NOT buy from Cotosen. I wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my money but a lesson was learned and I will never buy online again without researching the reviews from somewhere other than the advertising companies web site which is likely stacked with reviews created by themselves.
I ordered three shirts to get the deal on shipping. When they arrived they had only a slight resemblance to what was shown online, the material was paper thin, the sizes fit incredibly small, I normally take an XL which is what I ordered, it fit like it was painted on, probably a size M in North America.
I filed a complaint with my credit card company and Cotosen offered a 50% refund, I countered at 75% and they accepted and did refund the 75% which saved me shipping costs to return to China. I suspect that is how they make their money, ship cheap products that they pay a few dollars for and then sell high and make their profit on the 25%-50% that they negotiate with the unsuspecting buyer.
The company also said that I could keep the shirts, my wife donated them to the local thrift store but I doubt that anyone would have paid even a few dollars for them because of the poor quality.

Bought two pair of corduroy work trousers. When they came they looked like clown pants and the material was as thin as a t-shirt. Wasted about $90. They wanted me to send them back to China at my expense? Buy American!

They bill you in US dollars but don't tell you in advance. I Ordered 6 T-shirts. 2 weren't what I ordered or even the right size. Another was the model I ordered but not the right size. They offered me a $19.00 credit towards my next purchase or a refund if I shipped them back to Hong Kong at my expense. Haven't enquired what that would cost yet, but I imagine it's not worth it.

Can't score below 1, but they are basically just a total rip-off. The merchandise is junk, nothing at all like on the website. Don't buy anything form them, it is not worth it. And, when you try to return they jerk you around. The worst possible experience.

The pictures on the site show what looks like well made, high quality clothing. Priced like it is well made clothing as well. It is actually Very thin cloth, the colours don't match and it is not well made at all. The "free" belt they sent did not match the size I ordered and no answer to my email. Do not buy this. Ever, total rip off.

We ordered a brown 1776 America shirt for my father in law's birthday. Instead, we received a pirate shirt. Rather they refund the purchase and take back the wrong shirt, they offered us a $5 credit toward a future purchase and told us to keep the wrong item. In essence, we paid full price for a wrong item and were told to just keep it. Beware, when you receive the wrong item, you will not be able to get your money back. This comes up in many of the 1 star reviews. Wish we read the reviews before purchasing from this company.

Do not shop at this site. The products that you receive is not as shown in the picture and when you try to return it they do not pay the return costs when it is their mistake and do not refund either.

They sent me the wrong item and I had to pay for the shipping back to them. Refunded on the cost of the item. I had to pay for the shipping to my house and then back to them. It's not about the money. It's the principle. BAD COMPANY!

After my order arrived I have sent Cotosen multiple emails inquiring how to return / exchange two pairs of shorts that are the wrong size and I have not received any response.
Immediately after I hit the send button I sent an email advising Customer Service I needed to correct the size. They told me not to cancel the order but to wait till the items arrived then return them.
I continue to sent multiple emails asking about the return process and I've included the order number, the item numbers, the tracking number, proof of purchase and all of my contact information but they refuse to respond to my inquiries.

Don't buy from this site is an scam,never got what I bought took them forever to ship and came something totally different,they didn't want to refund me and even tried to get me to buy more. I will never fall for this scammers again, I hope you neither people! My hands are dirty with honest hard work but my money is clean! Losers!

Bought over $125 worth of clothing. Not 1 single item was as described. All were cheaply made with garbage materials. It was so badly sewn the shirt tails were just stitched together no timing at all. I could have done a better job. Also, the shipping origin was so disguised you couldn't see it came from China. They don't even wsnt you to know where it comes from, thats how much they think of their own garbage. Stay away, I after reading all the refund scams and bs decided to just $#*! can tue garments and let them steal the money. Dirty little yellow bastards git me again scam, garbage and deceitful yellow bastards like always. Don't you chinos see this is why everyone despises you? Scam the world then complain someone calls you a dirty animal worthy of nothing in the human world. Little yellow monkeys always go for the rip off. Ching ching ding ding $#*!ers!

Customer service was real quick to respond with my item was delayed. Then they told me they would open an investigation to see where my item was. Now they dont even respond to my emails. Beware I only lost $22.00 but becareful with them. I should have looked into this company more before I gave my credit card info.

The pictures of the products are a complete fraud,hard to navigate the site,I'm sure that's on purpose, welcome to the new world of black market ripoffs...BEWARE OF THIS SITE. WHAT A JOKE!

Fraud site! I made the mistake buying from two of these sites, And they are from overseas and made of cheap thin toy clothes! Run from this rip off site.
P.S. I won my fight against them, After US Bank investigated these people. The bank refunded my money around $200! RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS SITE FAST
