I placed an order, canceled it within 24 hours as per the store policy. They shipped it anyway. When I received it they refused to provide return instructions and instead started to negotiate with me. I was forced to file a dispute where they then responded with false information to my bank. These people are a fraud. Returns need to be sent back to China at your expense. BTW the quality of the clothing they sent was horrible. STAY AWAY. There are much better honest merchants available.

I was looking for a long-sleeved shirt that could be worn layered under a hooded sweatshirt in cold weather or be worn alone in milder weather. The stitching is good, the color attractive. This is exactly what my husband wanted. We will order again.

They sent me the wrong item (different colour and design), and when I emailed them about it they offered me a small refund (I paid £42.99 for the item and they offered me a £15 refund), and told me they don't offer return labels so alternatively I can send it back but I need to pay for the postage myself. I don't understand why I should pay for their mistake, they sent me a completely wrong item. I now either have to keep something I don't like and won't wear or pay additional money for postage to send the it back so they will send me what I actually order.
This is a terrible customer service and I'd advise everyone to avoid this place. Paying £43 for a pair of shorts I expected a better service.

My husband has recently lost quite a bit of weight and needed some loose and thin Henley shirts to wear casually and these were perfect. Fit him well and felt good on the skin. He is very difficult to please and he liked these.

I ordered a pair of Men's boots advertised as leather with rubber soles. I was delivered a pair of Women's dress boots made from fake leather and plastic soles. I contacted their customer service and the best they can do is store credit or I have to pay to ship the boots to China and I might get a refund.

I just received my jacket that I ordered. Looks nothing like the picture and description online. Finally got an email from customer service, offering me a small credit on my next order but I had said that I wanted to return the item and get a refund. That's when they stopped communicating with me. I don't recommend buying anything from this online company. I'm sure I'm not the only one they have stiffed. Thank you for reading my review!

The material feels VERY soft and light on the skin and to the people who are concern on how well the material is at absorbing sweat, I live in a pretty warm place that averages around 70°+, and from my experience, it almost worked like a tank top. Would definitely buy one again!

Beware! This website is a complete scam! Their product is 100% junk that made out of the stinkiests and cheapest materials. My order arrived month later and immediately went to garbage it was smelling so bad.
Never order from this so called people. Disgusting!

I was trying to find a sweatshirt to replace my husband's worn-through cashmere waffle, which a thorough internet search failed to produce. Amazingly, I found it here - not cashmere, but equally soft! Fits perfectly, great price, win-win!

I ordered a shirt and they claimed it was delivered to me here in Florida after going back and forth for a couple months pay pal said it was delivered in Brooklyn NY! And they still claimed I got it after all that! That is their scam saying you got it when you didn't! Don't believe it was ever delivered to NY either! Anyone can write up a fake delivery claim! I see someone else had the problem too! They are a Rip Off! Same your money!

The shirt is thick and warm, somewhat stylish. The quality is what you expected at the price. The shipping is slower than I thought, it takes about a week to reach the carrier in California then another week delivered by USPS,

I do have a question though, what is the zipper on the sleeve for? There is no pocket under the zipper, and it's too short for a pen. Maybe a car key? It's just weird.

My order was continually delayed. They use a cheap 3rd party tracking system that was of little help in locating the package. When it finally came, the XL man's top was actually a woman's XL top (with the buttons on the wrong side and everything). Do not buy from these people! Their products look great on their website but the buying experience is terrrible.

This jacket is honestly pretty awesome. Keeps me warm, easy to wash and super comfy. After a few months both shoulders have a hole in them so I wouldn't buy this if you want something that'll last a few years. I don't wear the jacket much because I hardly go outside.

Cotosen's Women's Bottoms are a must-have in every woman's wardrobe. I got myself a pair of casual pants, and they are incredibly comfortable. The fabric is soft and breathable, making them perfect for daily wear. I will definitely be coming back for more!

I bought a jacket from the Cotosen website on September 30,2022. The website said it would be here in 5 to 8 business days. It's October 27,2022 and no one from the site can give me a definitive answer on where my order is or when it will be here. Oh yeah I did receive an email that claimed I could track my order, but the link bogus with no way of tracking where my order is/was at all. The clothes look good on the site but the company's timeliness and response to customers sucks. Definitely won't be buying from here again.

The shirts I ordered looked really great on their web site, but when I got them the quality was very bad, total junk They couldn't pay me enough to wear any of it. Then I fulfilled the whole process of returning the items, and paid the Fed Ex fee, but no luck, forget it. Don't even bother. I got ripped off. Buyer beware!

The Surf Shorts I got from Cotosen are fantastic for beach days. They dry quickly and have a stylish design. The elastic waistband ensures a comfortable fit. I can't wait to wear them on my next beach vacation!

Do not do business with this company! I ordered 6 items and have had nothing but problems. One item I received was the correct item but they sent it in the wrong size. They said I would have to return it at my own expense (even though it was their error) and then I could order another one. 2 of the items they "shipped", but what I received wasn't even close to the items I ordered. I was again told I could send them back (at my own expense and could reorder). 2 other items haven't even shipped yet (it's been more than a month since I placed order). I have asked for a refund and they refuse that as well. I have never been so frustrated and angry with a company.

Bought 5 shirts, all 3xl, (what I normally wear), sizes are at most xl, with one try on, family was in
Gales of laughter, not so much when I figured I spent $100.00 on shirts, had to wait a month for
Shipping, just a poor company to deal with for quality and service.

Another lesson learned, I should have read these reviews first. The issue is the same as most people here The quality of the merch is worse than a dollar store. I keep trying to contact the company to provide me with a return address but there is silence. You are smarter than me because you are reading these reviews, make the right decision. RUN!
