Bought a shirt and a pair of shorts. The web site had sizes that went with their small, med, large extra large. I selected based on the size i normallly wear, even going over a little. While I was trying for 38 what I got was 34-35. The shirt I got was extra large, which is what all my t shirts are. If it is a large that would be saying something. Basically a waste of money.

I got 4 shirts... one was the wrong size, one shrunk two sizes after the first wash, one seems to be okay so far, and the 4th is TBD since it's still wrapped and meant for a gift. Returning for a refund or replacement is such a pain with this company that it's not even worth it.

If I could give them a zero-star review, I would. The customer service is worse than non-existent. I emailed them and they replied the first time asking me some questions about the product. I replied, they never emailed me back. I emailed them 4 more times and they NEVER replied. I got stuck with a sub par product and no one to talk too. VERY unprofessional and customer unfriendly. Will NEVER buy from them again.

At first, the color fades a little while washing, but then i don't mind frequent washing and both the color and the fabric remain stable for years. There is also something for every imaginable taste in terms of design.

I love hiking and decided to get shorts with lots of pockets so I can fit everything I need at a hike. Was looking for hiking shorts and came across this one. These shorts were very comfortable. Would recommend.

Garbage products and total scam company. The products are beyond garbage, in fact.

They show clickbait images of quality products and ship trash that is nothing like the images or descriptions. Contacting them to initiate a return is futile. I knew I was taking a risk with the prices being as inexpensive as they are, but I had no idea what utter refuse the products would be. The trash they are peddling isn't worth the cost of shipping.

After getting no response from the company after two attempts, I actually threw the three products I purchased away. That's how BAD THE PRODUCTS ARE!. Avoid this company like the bubonic plague.

Not much more to say... the shorts look great, have an excellent fit and are a very attractive khaki gold colour. The stitching is also very good, the zipper works smoothly and there are no problems with the more than adequate pockets.

If you are looking for "cheap, one time wear merchandise then discard", use Cotosen because that is what they sell. Their merchandise is all knock offs of the real brands. Really bad for good quality clothing lines such a QuikSilver. Do not buy from this company - you will not be able to return nor talk to anybody about your order. If you happen to be looking for "rags" for the garage, then Cotosen is your site.

I recently purchased some Short Sleeve T-shirts from Cotosen, and they are super comfortable. The 100% cotton fabric is soft and breathable, making them ideal for summer wear. The colors are vibrant, and they hold up well after multiple washes.

These t-shirts are a nice cotton and very breathable. The sizing on the shirt was exactly as expected. The shirt also offers exceptional color options. We purchased the navy blue color and it is very vibrant in person. The shirt itself looks exceptionally well made and durable. This shirt is truly a great work shirt that you can wear all year round for a multitude of occassions. Again, they are a nice thick cotton and not a thin shirt and is so insanely comfortable. We've washed it a few times now and it's held up beautifully and hardly shrank if at all! Definitely a quality t shirt at an amazing price. My husband is very happy with it and we would definitely recommend it.

This online company is a fraud. Do NOT purchase anything from them. Basically impossible to get a refund. Poor quality, workmanship and customer service (non- existent). They offered me $16 as a credit to keep the items. What? And the next email offered me $13 and told me to give the items away as a gift. Bizarre. Beware. Actual items look nothing like what's on the site. Stay away!

I loved everything about this shoes; good grips for land and river walking, light weight, lots of cushioning for my feet when hiking on land and it held my feet firmly enough. I used this for a water hike through a river, climbed some big rocks and some dirt hills; all applications were successful. Great shoes guys.

I love cargo pants. I like the extra pockets, and here in NV/AZ, pants are a requirement. THESE pants provide cargo pockets without a lot of baggy material flopping around your legs. They wash up nicely, no ironing and are suitable for anything from casual to resort-dressy. I love em!

SCAM company. Sent wrong size, jacket is frayed, they offered voucher (FOR HALF-PRICE of item) instead of refund. If I want refund, I must ship back item to China at my expense. I already paid to ship it here. Not even sure if they will refund, because so hard to contact them. Email bounces back to my own address when I press "reply" to them, until I check and find that is how it is programmed - need to manually change email every time. It is their fault for sending wrong item, I don't understand why I must spend shipping charges both ways, and there is no immediate refund, if any.

Ordered a shirt and shorts. What I received was a joke. Their pictures of products are illustrations not actual photos. The wording to describe the clothing is vague. They won't show pictures of their products. What I received was made from thin spandex/ legging material with a hazy print on it. They charge for returns. The online 5 star
Reviews they post are lies. NOBODY would wear this crap.

I feel this company is scam don't order from it. I have been trying for several day to get someone to send me an address to send the item that my husband ordered back due to not fitting him. He ordered a men's 3X per the sizing chart provided and it it looks and fits like a medium to large. Doesn't even fit me.

It fit perfectly I ordered a size up so he could put a hoodie under or long johns. It's been in the 30's this last week and has kept him warm. He has room for all the tools he carries with him at work. 5 out of 5 on it!

I received a poor quality shirt, totally different than the catalogue. Had to return it, me paying the shipping charge. They gave me numerous excuses for delaying refund. I finally had to refute the charge with my credit card company. Beware of doing business with this company.

Loved it, wears it every time it comes out clean from the laundry rotation. Fits well, washes well, keeps shape. Great brand we trust for fit and quality for heavyweight winter wear season after season!

They bill you in US dollars but don't tell you in advance. I Ordered 6 T-shirts. 2 weren't what I ordered or even the right size. Another was the model I ordered but not the right size. They offered me a $19.00 credit towards my next purchase or a refund if I shipped them back to Hong Kong at my expense. Haven't enquired what that would cost yet, but I imagine it's not worth it.
