I placed an order of 3 pairs of shorts. It took about 6 weeks, way too long. When I received them only 1 pair was correct. So I emailed off to find how would make this right. All they did the offer me discount to keep the incorrect ones. What the hell not what I ordered so why would I keep them at all. All they did was give me the run around. Finally after 10 emails they gave me a return address. And by the way I had to pay the return even though they messed up. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Buy American. $#*! this company.

Sells counterfeit and cheaply made clothing of very poor quality. The items sold were advertised as real brands, using fake branded pictures, but when they arrived I was shocked at how bad the copies were. They weren't wearable due to the poor workmanship and low grade synthetic materials, and looked nothing like the brand I had believed I was buying. Do not get sucked in by the cheap prices or special deals.

In addition, the aftercare is awful. The site obviously use this scam alot and try to wear you down when you ask for a refund. It took me 6 weeks and in the end I needed to contact my bank to resolve it (luckily I used a credit card).

All in all, a disappointing scam and to be avoided. I learnt my lesson!

I Bought "suede blazer with leather trim." When I received it it was not suede but some kind of faux suede with faux leather trim. Still it looked nice but did not fit so I wanted to return it. This is the email I got:

When I said no I wanted a full refund they said I would have to pay shipping to return which was $16.00. So followed their instructions and paid returning within the time frame. I have not heard from them since. No refund and they do not respond and the phone number they gave me has a full mailbox.

The Best! I've been using this store for several years. They have the best quality at the best price and outstanding customer service. Don't even bother to shop just go to [external reference] and order!

This Asian company from Hong Kong needs to be investigated, their phone numbers don't exist, I hate all their agents we chat with, the first thing they ask you to pay $1 to chat with you, because they want your credit card info

The prize was 6 USD and delivery was 16.98 USD. I paid as the tshirt looked good.
It took more than 2 weeks to arrive in the UK and the product is such a bad quality!
I contacted through paypal and they said if I wanted to return I had to pay return post to China, that would have been around 10 GBP, they said the offered those 10GBP in partial return if I kept the item but I had to close the ticket with paypal first, I said paypal doesn't recomend closing the ticket before geting the refund but they insisted a partial refund was not possible before the ticket was closed. As I didn't know better I closed the ticket as they asked and, guess what... they never refunded anything nor cared to answer anymore.
This is a total SCAM. Beware!

I've dealt with other Chinese apparel companies before. You can get some good deals for quality products. However, this company is the worst! Cheap prices, glitzy marketing, but cheap knock off goods with cheap materials that makes the clothing look cheap. Customer service is non existent! Problem with your order, you eat it!

The sort of quality material you would find in a fancy dress shop. Very very bad quality. I bought 2 T shirts and a jacket. I think Woody's clothes in Buzz light year looked better than these.

The sizes are right on.
Despite the busy season they came through with my order in a timely manner.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! These people sent clothing which was completely different from advertised. I ordered a pair of boots but what arrived, was a pair of boots which could be used to work on a building site (see pics). When asked to return the boots, they said I had to return the items to China at my own expense and partial refund (designed for you not to return due to hassle). Also, said they had no labels for me to use as a return address, FoC. No customer service, utterly atrocious. School boy error on my part, should have read the reviews first as I now see many people have experienced the same as me.

Do not buy from them unless you are 100% sure. Returns and refunds do not happen. Items returned and confirmed by them but say that it requires processing before funds are returned... NEVER HAPPENED. Thieves... do not buy if there is a chance you may want to return the item.

I bought boots that said "leather" in the description. They came as pleather and were 4 sizes too small. They tried to appease me by offering me a partial credit to just keep them but when I refused they asked me to send them back and they would offer me a refund. They refused my shipment and so I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company. I'm still out the $10 bucks to ship them and will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Bad part is I ordered the items in XL and 2XL they sent me 1 item in 3XL and another was 4XL. Instead of saying the item was not available in the size I requested. Now I must pay for return shipping or just keep items which are way to big which I'm sure they hope I will do. I will never order from them again. Buyer BEWARE!

Don't be fooled. Apparel is horrendous. Terrible quality. Once you've made the purchase you will never be able to reach customer service. It's a total scam!

I bought some cords which are described as 'work wear' and 'heavy duty'. They are the shoddiest quality thin material. The first time I wore them with a mobile in the pocket they ripped on the pocket seam.
Returns policy a joke, I was offered a £6.00 refund on a £30.00 pair of trousers which went straight in the bin

Purchased a jacket from the site. After receiving it realized it was very poor quality. Wanted to return it before the month was over but so far nothing from the company. This company has cheap products and after they sell it to you don't want to let you return it!

After three weeks of waiting for items, pants arrived with a broken main button. The button was made from very inexpensive materials and didn't even survive shipping. Attempted to return but after waiting several days for customer service response was told I would have to pay for shipping back, and there was no refund of shipping expenses for the original shipment. I agreed to a partial refund, if I didn't return the item. A month later, and several follow up emails, still no partial refund. I would avoid buying from Cotosen.
