We received these chairs no problem they were left right at my front door. Easy to assemble a nice seat cushion a little darker than beige which I prefer. I just love these chairs for outside for my outdoor kitchen area. They look great!

Initially the product I ordered was delivered damaged through shipping. I contacted Costway, explained the situation and they quickly shipped a replacement for the the broken product. I am very satisfied with my order and Costway's customer service.

Ordered a room unit from Costway and the first one that arrived the water circulation pump went out after 2 weeks of use. Contacted Costway and they sent me out a new replacement. No issues to date

Ordered this for use in my camper van during summer trips. Order arrived promptly and was well packed. Did a short in-house test of air conditioner in my home and it works fine, blows cold air and is reasonably quiet. Have not had an opportunity to use it on a camping trip yet, but I like the smaller size and think it will fit my camper van needs just fine.

No problem with order - delivery was horrible. Delivery seemed to be thrown off the truck at the far end of condo unit. Had to have 2 neighbors assist in bringing package to unit.
