Desde hace unos años conocí esta página y es una de mis primeras opciones a la hora de comprar un teléfono, porque manejan un gran surtido y también tienen muy buenos precios. Lo último que compré fue una carcasa, la cual llegó en perfecto estado, siendo además el único sitio que la tenía disponible.
A eso hay que sumarle un buen servicio, mi experiencia con su servicio de atención al cliente ha sido realmente buena.

After almost 6 months UMI ZERO had battery defect.
Sent it back to china, and then had 7 months of really bad communication with customer rights, they lied me and treated me like I'm some stupid person.
Then, during 8. Montk without my phone they send it to me so now I have to pay 58 USD duty because they send it by normail post and phone is at custom because coolicool say that it's not their responsibility.
After all lies I had from them, I do not want ta pay duty (because I can't be shore that it is properly fixed), so phone is going back to china and now they say that phone can be lost and it is not their responsibility...
Very bad service, humiliating...

I bought two phones from their site with stock in Europe. The delivery is within one week. They deliver to your home, or if you are not home then you can pick up from nearest post office. About the products, they are amazingly good despite very competitive pricing. I have been using the phone I bought there. It works smoothly and has good battery. One phone I bought even came with a free plastic case. Totally recommend it :))
La verdad no soy de esas personas que compran un móvil y lo describen como perfecto y bueno.
Tengo el móvil ya 2 semanas y me va de maravilla, si tardo un poco 4 semanas pero para ser pre-venta prefecto.
En mi opinión personal, la comunicación con ellos no es buena ni al instante.
Pero a mi me han respondido siempre en menos de 8 horas.
Y en cuanto al numero de seguimiento no suele funcionar pero te envían otro por correo y ese funciona bien.
Por cierto el móvil que compre es el blackphone 2.

A 2 reprises mes téléphones sont tombés en panne durant la garantie.
Apres avoir contacter le service client qui répond très vite - de 24h (mail en (mauvais) anglais par un francais); ils décident a chaque fois le renvoit des téléphones en garantie.
Les frais d'envois sont a ma charge (30) et le retour du telephone réparé (ou neuf) se fait sous 30 jours (un record pour un envoi en chine).
Meme en france je n'ai jamais si service si bien rapidité et efficacité

Absolutely Appalling Customer Service - AVOID AT ALL COST
Like many I was enticed by great prices and EU Warehouse so goods can be received quickly - all great as long as you have no problems and don't have the misfortune to deal with their 'customer service' - a complete and utter joke!
After 5 weeks the UMI Super just died, nothing I could do got any life out of it and, eventually, Coolicool agreed I could send it back for repair, it took ELEVEN weeks to get back to me and then lasted just 1 week before it died again.
I have still not received my refund of postage as their own T&C's state you will and no replacement phone. They just don't read or understand (most likely totally ignore) what you actually say to them. So my current advice to anyone is GO ELSEWHERE.
If they ever actually get round to sorting out a simple mess they have made considerably worse I may change my opinion but I fear England winning the soccer world cup is more likely...
I have 2 orders with this site. The price are very good, and ihave fast delivery. Product have the quality required. Good communication with the seller.
They lie about every order, and if it is a pre-sale order, say bye-bye to your money and DO NOT expect to receive any product. They will give different reasons for which your order hasn't been shipped, but none real.

I ordered a P9000 with wireless charger as it was on sale at a good price and was shown as in stock. I paid extra for express delivery and paid using PayPal. Got replay saying payment received goods in stock and tracking number would be sent once goods had been shipped?
1 week later and no contact or tracking number? Emailed support to ask why no tracking number only to be told one item out of stock! Ok then cancel order to which they reply, can we send separately? Ok said yes you can please send tracking number for item you ARE shipping. One week goes buy and no tracking number, then support says oh! Missing item is now in stock so we will send everything dont worry. Well you guessed it nothing came. Contacted support and they claim they have sent it but shipping company says your post code is wrong please provide correct post code.
Well I paid by PayPal so address is already verified by PayPal so I know they are basically not telling the truth.
I ask that they cancel my order and issue full refund, to which they reply they cannot do this until shipping company returns goods to them. I open complaint with PayPal and request payback.
They claim oh dont worry we have now issued refund but it will take 5-7 days so please wait.
I tell them PayPal refunds take seconds not days and tell them PayPal will do refund. They go very quite!
Its clear that they are scammers who sell things they dont have and then hold on to the customers money as long as they can. Now Im lucky I paid using PayPal and will get my money back as PayPal are very good at this. They clearly hope that most people will just give up and not peruse them any further.
Total scam just keep away. Funny how reviews for this company are ether 1 star poor or 5 star wonderful? Got to be something fishy about those 5 star reviews!
Dont buy there they will steel your money I have bought a smartphone which was allegedly in stock, but in the end they said now it isnt in stock anymore after 2 months of discussion they still didnt manage to transfer me my money. DONT BUY THERE!

I received a phone that was badly faulty - only half of the screen worked. As it was cracked in the box. No returns are accepted by Coolicool. Coolicool do not have any customer service, or any returns policy or any information on how you can return a faulty product Their warranty period is meaningless.
I am impressed with the service. I ordered a phone from the european warehouse and I received it within 3 days with a tracking no. And free delivery. I don't understand the bad comments because if you order from the asian warehouses it will take longer to deliver due to customs etc.

I had a terrible experiences with the technical service. I bought a chinese smartphone in September, and was another bad experience to be added to my previous one (see my previous review on coolicool).
Unfortunately, the battery was faulty!
Of course this can happen, and normally in such cases you are not complaining the reseller for that, but the producer. The problem was that coolicool, even if the producer has a technical service in Europe, forced me to send back the smartphone in China and cover the shipment cost (around 20). I sent back the phone to coolicool at the beginning of October and it reached the destination two weeks later, as planned.
The problem was that coolicool was not able to exchance the battery until middle December! After 2 MONTHS and numerous email with the customer service.
At the end I get the phone back at the end of January! I have lost additional 2 weeks for customs control (and numerous emails and exchance of buying and shipment documents to avoid to pay again the custom duty) but, in my opinion, two and half months lost from shipment and repair are unacceptable. I was without a phone from October to January and, despite my requests, coolicool didn't recognize me a warranty extention for the four months of use that I lost.
In conclusion, if you buy a phone with them, you have to hope that you will never have a technical problem!
