Misleading

Was told it would be a 10 day delay and was instead 5 weeks. Every time I reached out they said, "will be shipping by mid to end of the week."

Worst company ever!
June 26, 2020

I ordered a bounce house in the beginning of May I was told even though it said in stock that it was on back order Until May 25 then I got another email that said it was on back order until June 25. Even though I purchased it for my daughter's birthday in the beginning of June I decided to wait Since they are so hard to find right now. I emailed them on June 24 and they said my Item would be shipping by the end of the week. I called them on June 26 to see how long it would take to get to me and they told me that they had to take the items out of the warehouse (which they originally told me they didn't have because they were on back order) and that all the items were damaged so I was going to have to wait until July 10! The next email I got they canceled my order all together, I hope I at least get a refund because it is very clear that this company has no idea what they're doing! I will be contacting my lawyer because to be honest with you I deserve the product AND my money back for what they have put me through and all the miscommunication it's false advertisement! Especially because they say that it's in stock and then all of a sudden it's not! I could have paid alittle more money from another company that had it on backorder and I would have received it all ready! They have ruined 4 different occasions for me that I SHOULD have had my product for!

The item that you had ordered is currently sold out. We do have other bounce houses available and ready to ship. Due to COVID, bounce houses have been in great demand and short on supply. I apologize for the delay and inconvenience. I do see that your order was canceled and refunded back to your credit as per your request.
