Save your money. I really wished I would have checked other review site on this company other than the one on their site. It's been 1 1/2 months since my order. And still no shipping date. I have tried calling the number provided on the site and there isn't even a greeting. Left many voicemails with no return call. I have emailed more times than I can count with no response and same goes with their "talk to Representative message". I did get a Confirmation email but that was it. Their site states your order will be shipped within 24hrs from a warehouse in the United States. I expected a little delay because of COVID-19 but going on 2 months is unacceptable. Please read other comments.
I have contacted Better Business Bureau. Please do the same if you are here for the same reason. Let's get this fake company shut down. Also I contacted my bank regarding the charge and told them about how I never received the merchandise and they put an inquiry in and I will be getting my money back that way. Most credit card companies will refund your money if not satisfied.
Please stay away from this "company"!
My order was confirmed on May 17th, also my payment went right to my account and paid for. I have sent two emails, no response! I called and got a voicemail to leave a message.
Minus 5. Took money out fast, tracking no. Created, & that was it. No shipping of anything. Had to reverse charge via credit card company.
Ordered & paid 5/8, shipping label created 5/13. Current date 6/17, still no movement on the shipping nor response to my refund request. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

On the website it states that they will ship within 24 hours, FLAT OUT LIE. And the phone number has been disconnected. And they have no one giving refunds the 100% guarantee is another LIE.
I have been waiting since June 3rd for this order. Tracking info never changes, it is just sitting in NY. Can't get company to respond to my emails.
I placed an order in January. March received an email stating I'll have it in 7 days. Now May, no sandals. Emailed 4 x still no reply or refund.

They are nice sandals, but very poor quality. The sandals broke within a month of receiving them. Not very happy!
This is a terrible company, I ordered a pair of sandals, they took the money out of my account 5 weeks ago but never sent me my sandals.
You will never get your shoes! Don't waste your money! How do they get away with it? I've never been blown off so completely.
