ComfySandal.com is a scam! They don't send you your order, they don't answer emails. They only send you advertisement after advertisement in hopes you're stupid enough to order another. I'm disputing the charge through my credit card company! FRAUDULENT! BEWARE!
I received shoes two month past time I ordered. When opening them very strong odor which cause asthma attack. I placed back and since the first day I have been writing asking where do I return them.
Still haven't heard a word to where I return as there specific to time and place.
I wouldn't give them a one star but no choice here. Communication is key to any business.
All of your contact numbers and e-mail addresses are not working. I placed my order and you withdrew from my account but I have NOT received any notification about my order. I need to know when to expect my order as I order these sanders for an occasion.
This company neededs to be fined for false advertising of foot ware, ordered a pair and never received, after reading other reviews, i called my credit card company and gotten reenbursed for my order, as for me no more ordering on line products. Companies like this make it bad for other legitimate companies. Rating is a 0
I would give sero stars if I could. The sandals took 6 weeks to get here, and I had wanted them to wear on a trip. I contacted them 3 times about a return, and they never responded. They received my return 2 weeks ago, and still no response. Don't ever do business with them.
I ordered a pair of sanders two months ago and I never received them. Called them and was told that they were shipped out and I would receive them that week. I talking about almost a month ago. They are not replying to any of my messages now at all. Right now all I want is my money back.
I ordered sandals on 3/25/21. On 4/10/21 they sent an email that the sandals were shipped, I ordered 4 pairs for a total of $133.04, they sent two other emails saying they were shipped. I sent them an email on 5/24/21 stating that I still didn't receive the 4 pairs of sandals and that now I want my money back. Two months and no sandals! On 5/25/21 I received the sandals, I refused them and wrote return to sender. I have never received an answer to any of my emails that I sent. Do not buy from this company! If you do you will regret it.
I placed an order in Feb 2021. I did not receive my shoes or receive any correspondence other than an automatic response. I canceled my order in the middle of March and asked for a refund. It is April 10 2021 and I have not received my refund or any confirmation that they have canceled my order. I am out over $50. Don't buy from this company. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased as there are many many similar reviews.
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, as I have had the same issues as most of these listed. I ordered the shoes 2 months ago and have not received them. I have left voice messages and emailed them several times with no response. Don't buy from this company.
Labels were created on April 19th, 5 days after I ordered sandals and they expired and then shop tried to mark the shoes as being delivered and finally one of the shipping labels that was expired got scanned but the label just went to a different city in California and has remained there for almost 2 weeks. USPS removed the number from it's system totally because it's not a legitimate number I have sent dozens of emails and the phone number says that it's not callable and I have filed on Paypal and finally casual comfort sent a lone email for just one of my two separate orders for shoes and it was a generic email and they have never responded to the second purchase of shoes. So I am hoping that at least I will get my money back. I don't expect to ever see the shoes after 8 plus weeks of waiting and checking all the shippers.
Do not order any sandals from this company. They charge your credit card, but never ship product. They do not return phone calls. They do not return emails. They just take your money. Do not purchase anything from this company.
I did, and after 2 months received nothing except a charge on my credit card. Finally, I filed a complaint with the BBB. That resulted in a refund for the full amount. If you also fell for the scam and didn't receive a product, I recommend filing a complaint. Good luck!
I have emailed and call still no response I made a mistake on my address and tried to contact them to fix the address my order went out to the wrong address try to cancel my order trying to fix the problem
Don't buy these sandals. You will never get them. If you email them they don't answer you and when you call you just get a recording and they never call you back. I did not get my shoes Or a refund. This is not a good business!
Wish I could give no star. Ordered two pairs of sandals in April. It is August and have not been able to even get a response from seller. They simply steal your money.
This company is the worst in customer service. They took my money (happily) and I never got my shoes. No response from my several emails to customer service. The phone number goes straight to voicemail. Whom ever is running this scam... they are good! So many customer reviews are saying the same thing. Scammers... Scammers... Scammers!
I had no idea this company was located in China. Shoes took so long to arrive, I thought I had gotten scammed. Contacted customer service when the tracking # proved to be a fake, but never heard back. Shoes finally arrived two months after placing order. Arrived in a box that was completely crushed. Amazingly, the shoes weren't damaged. Shoes are cute and fit fine, but I wouldn't say that they're super comfy. Also, didn't like the constant pop ups (while shopping) and emails (daily after purchase) with which the company tried to up sell me. All around, it was a hassle and I wouldn't shop here again.
I ordered comfy sandals... they have been sitting in another State telling me the package has to be labeled 8/18/20... I trying contacting them no such number. I contact cking my credit company. I can't make out why is the package sitting in Reno, NV post office waiting for labeling the product is coming from china. I have tracking number no package...
I placed my order for two pair of sandals on May 23rd 2020 I finally received notice that my order had been picked up on June 20,2020. Prior to receiving this notification I requested that my order be cancelled. No response from ComfySandals what so ever. I then sent a second email requesting again that the order be cancelled and the payment be refunded to the account from which it was sent. Again no response to my email. However this did not stop them from bombarding me with emails to purchase more sandals from them. I then tried to track the package by the tracking number that arrived shortly after my second email. It just say that it was picked up and s route to a USPS facility but couldn't pinpoint its actual location along the way. As of today's date, 07/08/2020 I have neither received my goods. Received any shipping updates nor did they honor my request to cancel the order and refund the $68.+ Let this be a warning to anyone else thinking about doing business with this company.
I ordered and paid for a pair of comfy casual wedsey sandal. To this day, I still have not received my order. I paid and ordered this on June 23,2020. My order number is #******* for a total of $32.95 which includes shipping and handling. I had an answer to my inquiry about a month ago and was to receive my order with in 5-14 days.
Answer: Because they're the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. If money is tight, don't give your money to them. You'll never receive your shoes and they won't respond to any inquiries about your order. I've been waiting 3 months.

Answer: You more than likely will never receive your sandals. I have been waiting for 1 1/2 months. Some people stated they did get theirs until 4 months later and they were crap. I have never received a possible shipping date. They will not answer their voicemail or return emails. I contacted my back and they put an inquiry in and I will get my money back that way. Most credit card companies offer this as well. Try contacting your form of payment. Sorry you are going through this also. I just wished I would have read the comments/reviews from other places besides the ones on their website. Also contact the Better Business Bureau and report this Scam if a company. Myself and others have done the same. Hopefully we can get this shut down so others won't get swindled like we did. Good Luck!
