Comfymore shoes will likely start squeaking after you wear them for about 1/2 day. Then, because you wore them, they will not let you return them. They just try to tell you that nobody has ever complained about their shoes, all their employees wear them, and that their return policy is consistent with the industry. If they squeak, YOU are doing something wrong. Zero warranty. They do not stand behind their product. Put it on your foot, and you own it. I do NOT advise buying from this company!
They had a terrible chemical smell. Gaps on top and at back. Side straps to short so pushed my feet ahead so they did not fit. Wanted to send me another pair. BEWARE no full refund only exchange or get 30% back. I took 30% back. Never again. I will spend the money on name brand shoes from reputable seller
I wish I could give them a 0. I'm in the process of trying to return/exchange shoes for my elderly mom. Their policy is not acceptable, especially compared to other shoe companies. Also note: their shoes are about a full size smaller than normal sizes--not exactly what you want for bunions! Size 9 shown below
I have never received any product that is such trash. $60 for a pair of shoes that look like they came from the $5 & below store. And no returns, if you don't like them. Who ever heard of that with an online company. If you think they will help your bunions, it's just a scam preying on older people. They are made of the cheapest plastic I have ever seen. They have nothing written on the shoe, showing size, company of origin or material content, which is illegal in the U.S. Please do not order from this company.
Low quality, shoe is more expensive than another sites. Their shoes cost 69$ but the same shoe from another size cost only 7$! Please don't buy anything! I lost $170 and stayed with cheap shoes with value maybe 20$.
These shoes were advertised specifically for bunions. I ordered my regular size. They were at least two sizes too short, and very poor quality. When asking for return, they offered a "partial" credit plus a 25% restocking fee and a return of the shoes. With the return shipping, I probably would have recovered 1/4 of the cost. I should have realized by the poor English grammar that this was not an American company, so I got what can usually be expected from these companies. Since I have to select one star rating to send this, I deny it to be worth that much!
I purchased a pair of Comfy Foot Gear shoes that were SO uncomfortable that I tried to return them. I could never get a live person and all communication was electronic. I was told that I needed to send a photo of the item before they would allow a return. I was further informed that there would be a restock fee of almost half the original price. I sent them back to the address given me and they have been returned by the post office as "addressee unknown". This is a scam company and their "foot gear" is simply awful.
These shoes have no support. The inner soles are as hard as a rock! These are not orthopedic as advertised. Please read the return policy as well. You will not receive a full refund and will be asked to pay shipping charges to exchange shoe sizes. This is not a company I recommend..
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, all the same size. Two are too small and one is too big. I was expecting a sturdier shoe. These are horrible, and like an idiot, I didn't read the return policy before buying. Argh! They make you pay the shipping cost to China AND a 30% restocking fee. Horrible!
Buyer beware! This is not a legitimate company. The shoes are terrible quality and incredibly painful to wear. They are definitely not made for problem feet. Worst of all, all purchases are non refundable for any reason. Do not order from this company!
Cute but not comfortable at all. The inside were hard, flat, with no structure.
I think giving 1 star is to much. And their return/refund policy is really lame. Says to return the shoes can't be tried on or opened. Sorry I even stumbled on this site, and should have read reviews before I purchased.
Everything is coming from China, they are all Chinese in China. I ordered one pair of slippers and it took well over a month. Quality is terrible. They pick and choose reviews. They operate several similar worded websites and I think they change to a different site as soon as one is blown. Customer service is horrible, there is none. If you are going to order slippers made in China then order them off Amazon. Believe me, any slippers on Amazon, or Wal-Mart, etc. are better than these. These scum bags need to go down, but they're in CHINA, so...
Shoes where not fully wearable. I ordered size up. I contacted CS third day of receiving products. They day customer has to contact them with in 5 days. They responded 5th day. I could go on and on but lesson learned. People do not order from comfy foot gear.
Not sure if they're made out of paper or some kind of plastic The soles could be snapped in half by a baby.
I've never seen a quality of shoe like this other than at the dollar store even their flip-flops are made out of some sort of material that's far superior than whatever these shoes are made out of.
And comfy foot gear as a company is the worst they're only offering 30% refund on these crappy shoes. I wonder why that is? Because nobody wants these crappy shoes!
By the way if you still think you want to buy them you could give me a call first but if you still want them they're going to take you three to five weeks not 3 to 5 days

I placed my order 11/13/21 and changed my mind because I chose the wrong sandals. I send an email seeking help and got a same day cancellation so I could reorder.
There is no phone support but excellent email response.
My daughter in college in Fl got the sandals today 12/9/21 and send me a text how she loves them. Great for campus walks.

Shoes did not fit properly and smelled like glue. I have done everything they requested for a return and they are still giving me a hard time. Velcro strap is WAY too long and cannot be secured properly.
These shoes are terrible. The plastic material (described as PU leather) is hard and uncomfortable. The color is different from the pictures shown on the website. In addition, the size is off. I wear a size 8. I sized up, they are still too short and too narrow. Lastly, made in China. These are extremely poor quality. The company refuses to give a refund. They will give a store credit so you can get exchange a pair of unacceptable shoes for another pair of unacceptable hard shoes it they will give a deeply discounted partial refund. These shoes have not been worn, and are in exactly the same condition as received. BE WARNED ABOUT THESE MERCHANTS AND THEIR UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.
We are already desperate, searching for shoes that will accommodate our bunions. So pay through the nose for leather shoes that will be wide enough to keep from killing our feet, then 8-10 weeks later receive the cheapest shoes you've ever seen in your life. When you email for a refund, they accuse you if not ordering the right shoe size before forcing you to take another pair of their shoes rather than let you return and refund them. All Chinese, which would be ok if quality materials were used, quality shipping was used, and quality customer service existed in their company. It seems too good to be true because it is.
BEWARE these are just trash shoes. I'd keep them to wear while gardening but they're too small. So their sizing sucks too! I would give them zero stars if the system would let me! Crappy return policy tooooo!
Ordered what looked like cute "comfy" sneakers. They are not. Still trying to return them. They make it confusing and you will never get a full refund! Never, never!
Answer: I emailed the company using the address in the confirmation email they sent. This company is a pain to work with. Good luck. I will never order from them again.
